Farmstay vacation rentals in Sweden

We loved to stay in Elisabeth‘s cosy, well-equipped cabin with the big terrasse. The garden is marvellous and you can even buy self-made honey, jam and cookies. Elisabeth and her husband were very friendly. Perfect place for visiting Gränna, Omberg, Tåkern and Vadstena.

Hi Hannes, your house is very comfortable and cozy. Quiet and peaceful, yet a lot to discover around. It's the 2nd time we've rented and we're just as happy. But the house is starting to need some TLC, which you probably already know.

We spent a few very nice days with 4 adults and a toddler (10 months) in this apartment. There's no better way to experience the nature of Sweden. You are right on the water and can enjoy the tranquility around you. The apartment is really cozy and we didn't miss anything. Johannes is very friendly and uncomplicated as a host. We will be happy to come back! :)

What an amazing night we have spent in the tent! The environment is so peaceful and quiet, sleeping by the stars and listening to the (wild)life out there has been such a nice experience. The beds are super confortable and the tent is perfectly equipped. The kids (and grown ups) have really enjoyed it! It is also a very nice place to explore with lots of activities and great places to discover. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Johan's very much, the location is really fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is also cozily furnished. Communication with Johan was super easy and he is very hospitable. We only had a small problem with ants, but that wasn't too bad. For this we were able to visit many other animals and catch some great fish in the lake! Highly recommended ☺️

This was the perfect location for a peaceful nature getaway. The jacuzzi was amazing, the sauna was a nice bonus, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the setting so much. Definitely want to come back.

We only had a quick night at Elias’s place as we were continuing our travel. Elias responded very quickly and was very flexible regarding our check-in which was very nice in our case. The house was nice and offered everything we needed for our short stay. But I can imagine that also for a longer stay you will have a good time staying at Elias’s place.

Very nice House! Everything worked perfectly!

We were a group of 15 people who rented this place to celebrate a friend who is getting married. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was absolutely amazing, from check-in to checkout. We received clear instructions proactively on how to get there, everything to consider with house rules and facilities. The accommodation is right by the sea with gas grill, pool, jacuzzi, newly built sauna and fireplace in a very charming and peaceful place. A real summer idyll. The house is charming and has everything you need and a well-functioning fresh kitchen. Cleaning equipment was in place and also waste sorting for garbage was in the yard. I really recommend this accommodation for a larger group. The host greeted us very kindly and was helpful with the slightest question and responded very quickly. Our stay we all agreed that it gets a 10/10 rating!⭐️

The place was super great. The house was great for two weeks of vacation, we didn't miss anything. Annette and Mats were super friendly, gave us helpful tips and were always there when something was needed. The amenities in the house had everything you need for two weeks, we didn't miss anything. The place is a little paradise. The jetty with the possibility to sit, the possibility to enjoy the sunset on the terrace and also the horses, goats and sheep were great neighbors. Emmas place is perfect if you want to have a cozy time in nature. She is an amazing host and our highlight was the little, private wooden sauna on the lake side. I‘d always go back there. :)

We had a great time. The kids loved the garden, the horses and the pool. The house is super nice. Only downside: all sleep in the same room. When one is awake, everyone is awake. But we knew that beforehand and were able to adapt well to it. Thank you for the great time with you

A lovely private cottage with everything you need. Great soapstone wood stove, fantastic shower and a lovely bed. Extremely friendly and helpful host and hostess. Beautiful environment with lots of greenery and water. We have seen rabbits, deer and even elk. Besides the animals on the farm, of course. There are cows, sheep, chickens and rooster, bees and 2 imposing but giant friendly dogs (who did not come to you without the permission of the boss by the way). In short, if you want to get to know Sweden, this is a very suitable starting point that you can hardly tear yourself away from. Thank you very much Janna and Peter for your hospitality.
