Access to a large pool, orangery, gas grill and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4/kWh.

Restaurants and bars can be found via a barefoot walk further away on the beach. City life and harbor life (Motala) are actually only 4 km away. Bring your own bedclothes. Pillows, duvets and extra mattress are provided. Partial access to 2 stable sea kayaks. Private patio with barbecue grill.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.
