Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the bridge that leads you into the sea. The property built in 2019 is scenic on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage includes 25 sqm floors + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and docks. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days.
