The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area, there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43-inch TV where you can watch via your own apps. Listen to your music via Bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft, which has standing height in the middle. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. Mediterranean feeling in Österlen! Idyllic farmhouse in top condition. Bright, beautiful and tasteful. Whitewashed walls, beautiful tiled floors, lots of light and open to the ridge. Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village environment in the heart of Österlen. Perfect location with proximity to beaches, fishing villages, hiking trails and charming Simrishamn and Ystad. Grocery store in the village. Wireless Wifi. Private parking.

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Skåneleden borders the plot and the nearest golf course is a quarter of an hour's walk away as well as the nearest grocery store. The guest house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Hob and dining area as well as toilet and shower in open solution. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

I detta tysta område finner du två sovrum i var ände (160 och 140cm säng), ett vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats, badrum med dusch och ett fullt utrustat kök. Snabb wifi. Trädäck samt stenlagd uteplats, matplats och grill.
