Our beloved summer house of about 100 sqm, which we have carefully renovated for 10 years and enjoyed many days in, during all seasons of the year, we have now chosen to let others experience the moments we cannot be there ourselves. The house was built "directly on the hill" at the beginning of the century. It is located a few kilometers outside Simrishamn in a cozy little village on Österlen. We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

Surrounded by rolling Scanian fields and with social areas both outside and inside, we want you to enjoy your stay with us. In the residence, there are two landscaped patios, one of which has an outdoor kitchen (grill and surfaces for cooking, not water and electricity). Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a social living room. Just a stone's throw from the house is Listarum Nature Reserve.

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard.
