Waterfront vacation rentals in Simrishamn Municipality

There were four of us there for four days in August. The apartment is located right on the beach (great) and you can see the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Joacim gave us excellent instructions for check-in, so it was easy to get into the apartment via the code lock. The apartment is very well equipped, also in the kitchen. We'd love to come back next time we're in Sweden. Many thanks to Joacim

We stayed 2 families over a weekend and it was just perfect! The host was super nice and helpful. The best part was staying on top of a restaurant, with a bar across the cozy courtyard. Highly recommend!

Frederik brought home pizza and came up with some of their own breakfast! Super service even though they don't offer evening or breakfast as part of their concept. Great when you come by bus out of season, where everything in Hörvik is closed. People from the neighboring boat will be staying with Maia and Frederik tonight for the 2nd time this week. Really a quality mark and that I'm also happy to do again. Absolutely amazing host couple and in a new apartment where everything is cozy and thoughtful. My top recommendations. 🥰

We had a nice and relaxing Easter at Marie's wonderful apartment. We felt like at home right away as it was our second Easter that we rent the apartment. Peaceful view of the beach and sea, wonderful nature and the apartment is in top condition! Can highly recommend this home.

Nice hosts. We felt like at home. Got privacy and could take walks both by the beach, the harbor and in the woods. The place is peaceful on the water. You can sit on the balcony and have your morning coffee at sunrise. Extra plus is the coffee machine in the kitchen. The large panoramic windows facing the sea have a fantastic view towards Pukavik Bay if it is clear weather. Tastefully decorated and well planned. Just 50 meters to a beach. Nice restaurants in Hörvik as well. Both Fiskerian and Kajutan are cozy places to grab a bite to eat. Also, we were able to charge the car, so it was just to pop away when we check out. A great place, quite simply! Highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay. Location is very good. The house is located on a hill. We were out and about with the bikes a few times. Great surroundings. Communication with the landlords was extremely easy, nice and helpful. Anette had a lot of great tips. We slept very well there. It's very quiet. Always happy to ☺️

It's a wonderful house in Swedish light blue, built by one of its owners himself, literally a 200 footsteps away from the rocky beach, with only one street in between. You can hear the sea while you are in bed with the windows open. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning! The house, surrounded by a spacious garden with a terrace, contains everything you want from a holiday home: a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with enough pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery and plates), a big bathroom with a good shower and 2 bedrooms plus extra beds on the landing. But what will captivate you most is the bright sparkling atmosphere and the peace and rest you are looking for during a holiday. An absolute smashing place!

Henning has been a great host. From the first moment he has been attentive, answering any concerns and guiding us through the process of arriving at the accommodation. Finally, the place met all our expectations and we would be happy to return in the future! Thank you very much for the opportunity

We had amazing days over Christmas at Dewi's house. She had made so cozy for Christmas and tickled with candles, advent candlestick, wood for a fire and a lot of cozy factor. Dewi's house is a super good option for relatives to gather in. Large kitchen, and large public areas and cozy bedrooms to crawl into. Dewi was very quick to respond to questions and flexible in communication.

We chose Baskemölla cause we were never there, only around, in Simrishamn and Åhus. Baskemölla is cute! It is really worth a visit, beautiful surroundings, nice and peaceful nature around, exactly what we wanted. Hanna and Pontus are great hosts, they answer quickly, and are very helpful with all the information. The house is in front of the beach and there is a family of seans living in front! The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable, with space enough to a family, everything one could need, very well cared and decorated. We will come back for sure, and we strongly recommend!

Amazing stay right at the water's edge. Beautiful cottage that was tastefully renovated and fresh. Everything needed was there and Jenny was easy and quick with communication. We are more than happy to come back!

Everything was perfect about Maria's house. We enjoyed particularly the location, but also the equipment, fireplace, quality of the beds and the space in general. If I come back I will book here again.

A fantastic house with large areas. There is a lot to discover. Feels cozy to be there. The porch is swimming in the evening sun which we enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located a stone's throw from both Ica and popular cafe/lunch place/bakery and gas station. In the village there is an outdoor bath. Very beautiful nature and you can quickly get to the amazing seaside baths. We enjoyed it very much.

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very accessible and also reached out to us himself about excursion destinations. The only negative point was the bedroom that could not be completely darkened, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots outside the building that were always switched on at night. If in doubt, bring a sleep mask, then that's no problem.

Nice and nice accommodation right by the beach. Municipal pool that was great for the kids very close, fantastic ice cream kiosk in the same house. Perfect for a few days of lounging.

The apartment was very nicely equipped, very tasteful. Everything was clean and cozy. Everything you needed. Jane was very helpful and quick to respond. Were there 2 nights would also like to come back
