Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Gustafs, a well-known pizzeria with a small hipster/art vibe and often live music is just a few steps away. The beautiful garden with fruit trees invites you to relax and makes the house a relaxing retreat – beautiful in summer and a great coolcation in winter.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen vacation. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and nice views. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder.
