Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Schwabing-West

I loved it here best bakery and cafe in Munich I've found just down the street. It was a very god neighborhood with lots of things around.

Very comfortable stay with my family of 4. Bathroom very large and beds comfortable. Location was incredible to walk to everything.

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Very helpful host and attentive to guests' needs. He speaks Italian very well. He also accompanied us to park the car for free in the area, and also pointed out various places for dinner, breakfast, etc. It makes you feel at home.

Very welcoming hosts who gave us nice recommendations. The accommodation corresponds to the pictures and it have a subway station very near which is useful

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is located in a beautiful square surrounded by eye cracking architecture. All the local residents were extremely friendly which gave a homely experience everywhere we went.

Beatrice was an outstanding host! She was very helpful before we arrived. There is some road construction nearby but google maps makes it look like the entire street is closed. Beatrice helped us understand that the street is really just blocked at one end and there are easy ways to access the street. And the closed end is not closed to pedestrians! In addition, her recommendations of places to eat and where to get other services were outstanding. The apartment was extremely clean, easy to enter, very quiet, peaceful and well equipped and maintained. The location was awesome! 10-15 min walk to central Munich, and 2 blocks to the u-bahn The bus is at the end of the block (either direction!). Museums and galleries close by! Great restaurants right on the block! Everything we wanted to do and much more. Highly recommend Beatrice as a host and her apartment!

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and likeable hosts. The accommodation is quiet and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There's even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome, there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉

Alex is a great host and we really enjoyed staying at his beautiful apartment. We appreciated the great access to public transportation and the quiet and family friendly neighborhood

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!
