Vacation rentals with a patio in Schwabing-West

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Marcus has created a nice, clean place where we felt very comfortable. Quietly located, yet easily accessible. It has everything you need and nearby you can get all the things you need on a daily basis. If we had any questions, they responded quickly and kindly. Thank you for everything.

For Munich, the apartment is probably inexpensive and easy to reach from the train station. Bus stop in front of the house. The apartment is located between 2 S-Bahn stations, each of which can be reached in 12 minutes. However, it only runs every 20 minutes. The apartment on the 3rd floor has a nice view of the green areas between the apartment blocks. It's amazingly cold on the feet. So bring socks. The small kitchen is equipped with the essentials, so we didn't have to go out to eat

Great apartment under roof. Tastefully and modernly furnished. Nice landlords. Sparkling clean! 👍 Messe München can be reached in no time by car or public transport. I'd love to come back anytime 💙

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Emmel and her husband were very kind. They even bought us food because the next day was a holiday. Very clear directions and the house was spotless. Equipped to a high standard. I hope to visit them again.

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Unfortunately, we didn't have much time and only stayed at the property for one night. The hostess is very friendly, responds quickly and is extremely fond of animals. We felt comfortable and would come back at any time.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is nicely bright, functional and modern. It has everything you need. We were there with our baby (10 months). Everything worked out well. We felt comfortable. Our little daughter also liked being in the apartment. She was able to sleep well. There are many parking options in front of, next to and behind the apartment building. There is also an underground parking space, although we did not use it. We'd love to come back. :-)

I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment in a great location ( 5 min to the lake and SBahn!) As a mother with 3 teenagers a little tight ( lies in the nature of the thing!). But for 2 adults with small children or the third totally ok. We had another air bed with us so the siblings didn't have to cuddle. So ok for us. Super nice communication, very nice terrace, great kitchen (only point of criticism. Just a capsule coffee machine - that was torture for my eco-sele. I would have liked a Frenshpress or the like... but provided capsules - super sweet. Napf for dog as well). That's why despite the eco-sunday full score!!!

Peter was an amazing host, super friendly and responsive. The condo was fully equipped and super cozy (loved the Nespresso!). Just a short 5-minute walk to Harthaus, it was easy to get around. I highly recommend booking this property!

Great place to stay, very convenient for the train to Munich and to the Alps. Another time I would come later in April or early May, which is when boat trips begin and more mountain hiking routes are open. Heike was incredibly responsive and helpful, being just downstairs, and I felt she would help with any situation. The flat is obviously used by the family and so has many useful things such as paper and pencils, sandwich boxes - Heike even offered for my daughter to borrow some hiking boots to try. We loved the patio with the view of the mountains, to eat and to relax, and the comfortable and colourful furnishings.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.

It was a reliable, clean place and the hosts were excellent. They met expectations. They even did me the favor of calling a taxi. If I go back to Germany, I would rent this place again.
