Lovely, state-of-the-art apartment with a warm sadness and a feeling of home, in a quiet location, subway within walking distance, good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we allowed for the stay. The host is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Everything was nice. Very near messe munich, and big shopping centre. I felt like in own home.

What a fantastic flat! It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, nice shower, well equipped kitchen, the best neighborhood with a grocery store a 2 minute walk away and an Italian restaurant that was so good, we ate there 2 times. And just a block away! Marlon has a description that says the lift/elevator is not working. But a brand new one was installed recently and works great! We wouldn't have booked a flat 4 flights up without a lift! Our check out was a bit stressful because the key drop was at a courier place 1/3 mile away. I should have read his instructions more closely and put that in my schedule that morning to add an extra 30 minutes to walk there and back to drop keys. He called me later to apologize and said I could have left the keys in the flat. I would highly recommend his place. 15 minutes walk to the English Garden, to hofbrauhaus, or to Marienplatz/Glockenspiel (spelling?). One of my favorite AirBnB places. The TV had Netflix and other streaming services!

Arzu was very responsive to my questions. Her husband met us when we arrived and was very friendly, welcoming and funny. The location is close to transportation to get to the city centre easily and quickly. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Loved our stay at Casa Amalia. Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. Super clean, comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Many restaurants nearby and less than a 20 minute walk to Old Town. Owner is very kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location... Vacation with 2 people in Starnberg. Within walking distance to the train station, the promenade and the jetty (about 10 minutes). Landlord very friendly and available. Flexible check-in/out. Apartment super clean, spacious bathroom, kitchen well equipped. Bedroom is located in the basement – pleasantly cool. If you want to deposit suitcases and luggage there, you can only reach the bedroom via a spiral staircase. However, there is also enough storage space upstairs for bulky luggage (e.g. in the entrance hall). Finally, NO more closet beds!!! We slept great. Terrace with outdoor sofas, garden view, quiet. All in all, I would book the apartment again and highly recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality.

Clean and nicely furnished apartment. Great location, right next to a small artist village. You can walk to the S-Bahn, the bus stops for bus 50 and bus 154 are also easily accessible. Apartment is centrally located and you can reach all sights within 15 to 30 minutes. Gabriele was very nice and you immediately felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the apartment and will use it again at any time for future stays in Munich. Thanks to Gabriele

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There's even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome, there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

It was our first Airbnb experience and we will probably do it again :-) We really liked it at Chris and Laura's. Communication was great and reliable. In our opinion, Erding is worth seeing and we were able to experience all sorts of things with our 9-year-old from the beautiful home, e.g. thermal baths, Legoland, climbing forest, Munich city… We booked a rental car for our trip at the airport. Back to the apartment: We rented the hot tub and that was really great. The apartment is totally chic, superbly equipped, personal and cozy, everything is great! We were very satisfied, would recommend the domicile and want to book again if necessary. Thanks again to the hosts.

I had a wonderful 6-day stay here. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was always very quiet and respectful—so much so that I almost felt bad for making any noise myself. The location is also excellent: just one bus ride to my office and a direct U5 line to Munich Central Station. Most of things was very convenient, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very quiet and lovely flat, fully equipped kitchen and close to the train station. We had a wonderful time and Werner was a wonderful host!

Robert welcomed us very warmly and kindly.It is very enjoyable to talk to him, and he can tell you a lot about the city. The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.The shower was a little difficult to use, but it wasn't a problem. Thank you for a wonderful space and experience:)

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
