Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Basement apartment in the countryside, 10 minutes to the fair

Our basement apartment in a beautiful green location with excellent connections to the city center, airport and trade fair can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential utensils. All rooms have windows, which allows fresh air and plenty of light to enter the apartment.
