A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). A huge selection of cafes, restaurants and bars and everything you need for your everyday life can be found in the immediate vicinity.

München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
