Had a wonderful stay at this Munich apartment! The place was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better - easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Susanne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung - sogar eine Terrasse. Beim checkout habe ich leider einen Teil meiner Kleidung im Schrank vergessen - ich wurde direkt nochmal kontaktiert und hatte die Möglichkeit, zurück zu kommen und meine Sachen noch schnell zu holen. 1000 Dank dafür !

Wir durften deutlich früher in die Wohnung, was mit kleinem Kind sehr sehr hilfreich war. Die Kommunikation war entsprechend sehr gut. Die Lage war top (ca 3 min bis zum Marienplatz). Polizeistation direkt nebenan, so fühlt man sich sicher.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were super close to the train station, and just one stop away from the city center. Beautiful place to stay and Martin was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Beatrice was an outstanding host! She was very helpful before we arrived. There is some road construction nearby but google maps makes it look like the entire street is closed. Beatrice helped us understand that the street is really just blocked at one end and there are easy ways to access the street. And the closed end is not closed to pedestrians! In addition, her recommendations of places to eat and where to get other services were outstanding. The apartment was extremely clean, easy to enter, very quiet, peaceful and well equipped and maintained. The location was awesome! 10-15 min walk to central Munich, and 2 blocks to the u-bahn The bus is at the end of the block (either direction!). Museums and galleries close by! Great restaurants right on the block! Everything we wanted to do and much more. Highly recommend Beatrice as a host and her apartment!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti asunnossa, joka oli kodikas ja hyvin varustettu. Hyvä sänky. Liikenneyhteydet lähellä. Sisäänkirjautuminen avainlaatikon avulla oli helppo ja joustava. Mikroa vähän kaipasimme, mutta pärjäsimme hyvin ilmankin, koska paistinpannuja oli useampia. Oli kiva, kun asunnossa oli suolaa, sokeria, öljyä, mausteita ym pientä valmiina. Asunnossa ei ole ilmastointia, joten jäimme miettimään onko se kovin kuuma helteellä. Nyt keväällä ei ollut mitään ongelmaa sen suhteen. Ehdottomasti yksi parhaista Airbnb-asunnoista, joissa olemme olleet. Kiitos! 😀

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rosalind und ihrem Mann in Empfang genommen. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und München oder Starnberg sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 4. da und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist relativ steil und eng was für uns kein Problem war aber mit Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte das ein Thema sein. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine Emfpehlung!

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Alles super! Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, sehr ruhig. Es gibt sogar ein prall gefülltes Bücherregal. Zum Kochen war alles da, Gewürze, Öle etc. Zur Begrüßung gab’s Brezeln und kleine Snacks sowie gekühlte Getränke. W-LAN war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. Das beste Premium Budget AirBnB: das ist die beste Wohnung in der Nähe von München und Umgebung für ein faires Budget. Für zwei Personen, die ein Auto haben, perfekte Wahl. (Mit Auto 35 min/mit ÖPNV 1h 15 min nach München) Es ist wirklich ein fairer Deal, der für alle jungen flexiblen Menschen für längere aber in meinem Fall auch kürzere Trips perfekt ist. Ich bedanke mich jetzt schon mal für alles und ganz klar ist es nicht mein letztes Mal hier 😉

Alex is a great host and we really enjoyed staying at his beautiful apartment. We appreciated the great access to public transportation and the quiet and family friendly neighborhood

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Very nice apartment with all you need. What was a bit difficult to see from the description is, that the queen size bed is in a separate bedroom, and then there are two mattresses on the floor in the upstairs room separated by a half wall and no door.
