Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Schwabing-West

We were in Munich for a trade fair visit and were therefore looking for accommodation that we could easily commute to by public transport. There were four of us and everyone had their own space. We would choose the place again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Emmel and her husband were very kind. They even bought us food because the next day was a holiday. Very clear directions and the house was spotless. Equipped to a high standard. I hope to visit them again.

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

We were there to visit the Erding thermal baths and Munich. The thermal baths can be reached quickly by car as well as the S-Bahn stop Halbergmoos which is very suitable for a trip to Munich. The place is located just outside the village of Goldach but there are good shopping facilities nearby as well as two good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Ben’s place was perfect for our Munich visit. Comfy, good location, had essentials and great hosting. Highly recommend

Paul and Sabina’s apartment was beautiful and worked well for three guests. Wonderful views of the river from the large windows in the kitchen and living area. The photos did not do the space justice, and it felt much larger once inside. Great food within walking distance with lots of different choices. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the historical old town, which is highly recommended. Easy access to metro stations, bus routes, and taxis. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location ( 5 min to the lake and SBahn!) As a mother with 3 teenagers a little tight ( lies in the nature of the thing!). But for 2 adults with small children or the third totally ok. We had another air bed with us so the siblings didn't have to cuddle. So ok for us. Super nice communication, very nice terrace, great kitchen (only point of criticism. Just a capsule coffee machine - that was torture for my eco-sele. I would have liked a Frenshpress or the like... but provided capsules - super sweet. Napf for dog as well). That's why despite the eco-sunday full score!!!

The communication is very good and friendly from the first minutes of booking. The apartment is located very central location and it was very clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay close to Munich City Center. I will put this apartment top of my list for my next visit to Munich.

I am very grateful to have this experience in Franz house. Everything we need is there and it's actually just 23min with car to the city center. I definitely would recommend it to my friends who really want to experience a comfort & daily life in Munich.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Peter was an amazing host, super friendly and responsive. The condo was fully equipped and super cozy (loved the Nespresso!). Just a short 5-minute walk to Harthaus, it was easy to get around. I highly recommend booking this property!

My parents are staying at Susanne's place for the third time and it was great as always. I defenately recommend the place even for longer stays.

Our stay at Lisa and Julian’s tiny house was fantastic - everything was clean, nicely furnished and fresh, and they made sure that our stay as pleasant as possible. They were very friendly, reactive (easy to reach) throughout the entire time we were there even though it was over Easter. The only thing to note is that it gets very bright in the bedroom when the sun comes up in the morning.
