Villa vacation rentals in San Joaquin River

This stay was absolutely perfect! My friends and I came into town for a conference and a picnic, and this Airbnb was the ideal home base for the weekend. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and very spacious — we had a group of 8 and everyone was extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a big group looking to relax and enjoy time together. Would definitely stay here again!

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

This house was a great deal. Extremely spacious & well worth the price we paid for. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I noticed there was an air fryer & small toaster oven which would be useful. No full oven from what I saw. The house is located in a very suburban neighborhood which is nice & quiet, but there’s a Target & other shopping areas about a 5 min drive away. Overall, would stay again.

Beautiful house and location (the vineyard view is amazing). Great house for kids (have lots of games and safe outdoor space). Will definitely want to go again.

The house is as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location with a beautiful view from the backyard. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We especially loved the game room, which is bright and filled with fun activities. The host was very communicative—we received quick responses within minutes whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this house to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A couple of small observations: Since we visited during a rainy and cloudy period, we weren’t able to turn on the outdoor light at BBQ area at night. It was solar-powered and should be automated, but we didn't manage to turn on. Also, finding the entrance road to the property area at night was a bit of an adventure—it can be a little confusing at first. But once you find the right path, it’s worth it!

Beautiful home with a great view! Very clean and homey. Matthew is also a great host with clear communication and very helpful instructions pre-check-in. We felt right at home when we arrived. The horses are also very friendly and my son loves petting them. All in all would definitely recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful and wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool table and arcade games were a huge hit. The grandkids enjoyed the swing and the huge yard. Thank you again for having us and we look forward to staying again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. One of the best Airbnb’s for the price and proximity to the Bay Area for a large group. Host was super responsive and accommodating. House is in a private complex and is large, is perched on a small incline, has sleeping rooms slightly elevated or below the living-dining-kitchen area giving privacy and quiet while kids run around. Overall, layout is good for large groups. Has a pool table and a ping pong table which was a plus.

Our team had a great stay at this house. Joep was a great host and the house was very nice, we would recommend this home to anyone. We are definitely going to consider renting it if our team travels to Friant again.

It was an amazing place, even though we did get to expertise snow around this time and we forgot to ask we still had a good time. It was a bit of a drive to actual Yosemite park entertainment areas but we end up doing some outdoor mini hiking. Appreciate al the amenities in the house and overall it was an amazing experience

This is our 2nd time at this Airbnb. We took my husband’s family here for our very first family vacation and they had a blast. House is very spacious and has lots of space to sleep. We utilized the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Everyone had a good time! We were able to bring our to doggos with us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this place. The hosts are always quick and very responsive.

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very quiet neighborhood close to Elk Grove. The house was just like described, clean and had everything we needed. The host was super responsive and even offered early check-in, which we gladly accepted. We had a great stay and may come back in the future visiting family in the area.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

Beautiful secluded property that has a beautiful pool and basketball/tennis court that they boys loved. Looots of parking and easy to find. Just wish the hot tub was warmer and would be on at night instead of only during the day

This is the second time we stayed at this property while visiting Sacramento to see our daughter. We love playing pool so the pool table is always a big draw for us. If you like swimming, there’s a nice pool in the backyard. The location is very close to great restaurants and other activities in downtown Sacramento
