This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home.
