Townhome vacation rentals in San Joaquin River

While cozy, it had all that I needed for the week of skiing with two kids along with us. We made most of our dinners at the condo because Mammoth is expensive for a family. Mary was always quick to respond. You are rather close to the Village, if you want to go out, and a rather direct drive to the Main Lodge. She is the nearest condo to the pool entrance/hot tub and it is right outside your window.

Christine's home is very cozy and clean, just as the pictures. And it's a very convenient location in the town, very close to ski area and grocery, also the hiking trails. The private spa is really high light the house, we loved to sit in there to relax the whole day. Christine offer a lot fire wood that make us really feel like at home, so we can light fire every night.

Enjoyed our stay at the Woodlands! Very clean and very quiet community. We did not have any issues while staying here and therefore did not have to contact the host for anything! We had a wonderful time taking the kids tubing and snowboarding!

Character property in the heart of Piedmont community in Oakland. 40mins in the car to San Fran central or can be done easily on the BART. Plenty of space inside, beds comfy. Could do will a little renovation and smarten up. Overall it was well appointed and great place for us to stay and explore San Fran. Thanks

My friends and I had a great time staying at Lorraine’s place. It was very close to Canyon Lodge, which was very convenient for us to be able to walk to and from the mountain. Lorraine was very responsive and a great host. Would love to stay there again!

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

We had a wonderful stay in Mammoth and Darryl's place was great. It was a quick walk, from the Mammoth Village and Gondola to the unit. We had a quick minor issue with the door code when we arrived, but it was resolved with a phone call in less than 30 seconds, and we had zero issues after that. We were impressed with the responsiveness of the host. Rooms and beds were comfortable, the couches in the living room were VERY comfortable, and it was great to have such a large TV in the living room, as our group spent the evening cheering on the March Madness games after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. The chef in our group loved the kitchen and said it had a lot of wonderful amenities. 3 full bathrooms were spacious and plenty for our group of 9. The hot tub was a 1–2-minute walk and was enjoyable. The ski lift, bus/trolley stop, grocery store, restaurants and bars were all a 5–10-minute walk from the unit. Great vacation spot for a group of 9 adults. Families would enjoy as well.

Great spot! Easy to feel safe and right at home. There was easy street parking and a garage to use if you wanted. Easy Uber ride to downtown Palo Alto for dinner

Quiet apartment spacious enough for a family of five with three teenagers. Easy to get in and out and convenient parking. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you need. Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Santana Row was decorated beautifully for the holidays, which made a lovely extended stay. Thank you Kim.

Joyce was a fantastic host from start to finish! The triplex is very easy to find. Joyce provided very detailed directions that included pictures. Upon arrival, homemade cookies were waiting on us and they were yummy. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The bed was sooo comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. The detachable shower head was a very nice addition. The triplex is close to the Sequoia National Park entrance and there are great restaurants and cute shops nearby. There is a grocery store close to the house but we also drove to Visalia to shop. It was such a lovely drive. Lots of orange and lemon groves to gaze upon along the way. One of our favorite things to do was to enjoy our morning coffee on the back porch. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels play. The backyard overlooks a meadow where we saw deer and turkey too! We have stayed in many Airbnbs before and this one was our favorite! Thank you, Joyce!

We had the best time- easy walk to canyon, next to bus stop if you want to go in town. House was clean and comfy with everything you could need. Will stay here again!

Danielle was a great host! We are a family of 5 with 3 little ones. Danielle’s place was perfect for us. The condo was very well taken care and was beautifully decorated. It felt modern, cozy feel! It was centrally located to everything the surrounding area had to offer! It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, a ski resort and many outdoor attractions. We’ve stayed at a few places up in that area, Danielle’s place was by far the best! We cannot wait to come back up and book her place again!

Henry's place was a wonderful discovery! This cozy apartment suite came equipped with all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious living areas and bedroom provided plenty of room to relax, and the accessible porch was a delightful bonus. It had everything one could expect from a short-stay accommodation. Amazing location! What a perfect place to get away! Right next to the river and just a few miles from the Park entrance. The place is so comfortable and has everything you need - great bed, comfy couch and awesome shower pressure! The town is just adorable. The coffee shop and delicious sandwich shop are just steps from the door. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
