Farmstay vacation rentals in San Joaquin River

Sand Dollar Inn is a great place to stay if you stay someplace with a peaceful 10 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. I felt like I was on retreat. It's situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for birding. The kitchen is well equipped. It is located conveniently in the Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The hosts were available for questions. It is a great place for pets and kids.

Best Airbnb experience. Apart from the perfect location, room, farm tour, it is the hospitality and warmth by the host Collette that was beyond expectation. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Collette added special touch to make the day extra ordinary. Claravale farm is beautiful, the animals are cared and loved. The highlight was sumptuous breakfast 🥞 which Collette made from scratch. Overall best time spent.

This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

I would give 10 stars if I could! This tiny cute cabin is located in a very beautiful working farm, very quiet, calm and relaxing, and it’s only a 10 minute drive from Los Gatos in the Bay Area. Totally recommend it.

We enjoy stay there. Especially thanks for the treating from Alex & Jeanette as well as those friendly animals. We love here and looking forward to back soon.

Sherri is a wonderful host. Their home is set up well for groups. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the home with enough space for us all to sleep and hang out. Sherri was helpful with recommendations and flexible with requests. Their home is very near Oakhurst but also private and in nature. We were pleasantly surprised by seeing a deer our first night. Also, the house is well stocked with board games. We had an enjoyable family celebration and getaway to Yosemite. We look forward to visits again.

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything 🙂

The house was great. Beds were comfy. The place was clean. We were in touch with Barbara's son Jimmy who is nice and responsive. He showed us around the property. Amazing chicken, goats and cat! You can also pet the goats they're so cute! The place could be a bit hard to find in the dark, but the surrounding was nice and peaceful. Great experience overall.

What did I not love about our stay? Such a cozy and peaceful home with everything one may need to relax. It’s also at a good distance from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park (just as shown in the map pictured in the Airbnb). Pavalli was a wonderful host - so attentive. One of the things that caught my eye was the freshly squeezed orange juice and even though, the season of oranges had just ended, she managed to get me some and left them on the dining table. Thank you for such kind gesture! I would recommend this place to others, and plan on returning in the near future.

Wow where to start! Kirsten and Stacy where so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. The location is peaceful and there’s so much to do on the property (games, wine tasting, hot tub, fire pit, pet beautiful animals). I mean what more could you want? We wish we had spent more time here and will definitely be coming back and telling all our friends about it. The set up of the kitchen allowed for us to meet other travelers as well. It is also close to Sequoia National Park. Thank you both for making this trip so memorable. Rematch on darts next time!

Sharon’s place was extremely well kept and she’s extremely responsive. My family and I really enjoyed staying here during our trip to visit Yosemite!

Super cute place! Our kids loved the ducks and horses across the street. They couldn’t wait to explore! The house is very well stocked- games, kids toys, cookware, laundry soap… everything you can think of! We had a really great time, and it’s such a unique place to get to stay!

Absolutely incredible! This was a fantastic place for my fiancé and I to enjoy our trip to Yosemite. A magical vacation coupled with a fantastic place to stay at Sierra Cider farm p.s. the cider is delicious. We stayed at Eddie’s place for 3 nights and we felt right at home. Toys were available for kids to play with, kitchen had the basic necessities with condiments, the beds were comfortable and most importantly heating for the winter nights! We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed being in the countryside and sitting around the campfire in the evenings. It was a great choice for exploring Yosemite - an easy drive to South Entrance. Beautiful views and interesting wildlife - especially the family of peacocks roaming nearby. Thank you.

Shannon's place is so beautiful and peaceful. My family enjoyed all the entertainment they had. It was like being at home. Everything we needed was provided, also items for my baby. They left a portable speaker for us to use that came in handy for the outdoor play and pool time. We brought our family dog with us and they provide items for her too. This place is a must! For everything they provided and how beautiful it is inside and out is so worth the price. We will for sure be back.

I have resided at Marilyn's cottage years before making for a very pleasant return. Updates to the place were well-placed, improving an already fantastic place. This speaks to Marilyn's eye for the importance of details as it relates to comfort. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Thinking about going back next year. Was great location where we drove to the summit of Yosemite spent a day at bass lake and enjoyed the beautiful views at the house. Perfect spot to hang and explore.

Mike’s place is a favorite of ours for the local wine area. We love how easy it is to access the winery and walk to the little downtown area. We were so excited to see that they added a half bath to the house.
