Experience the great outdoors indoors in this rural bungalow, as seasoned leather and wood notes combine with mountain-themed decor. Outside, valley and High Sierra views stretch to the horizon. Sit quietly by the fire pit for a chance to spot deer. You feel as if your all alone and have private surroundings, yet so close to everything you may need. The house is open and inviting. Outside has an amazing fire pit with beautiful views with deer families traveling through the property often. It is a peaceful home and location yet so close to many incredible places to visit like Yosemite National Park. You have access to the whole house - garage excluded. Nestled among the trees, this home is close to the town of Oakhurst, where there are plenty of stores and places to eat. The home is a short drive from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The home is very private. You cannot see neighboring homes. Public transportation is available to Fresno and to Madera from Oakhurst but not really in town. There is a company that will take you to Yosemite for an additional charge. New propane bottles are in the fire pit and bbq for your use. If they run out there will be a fee to fill them up again, $25 per bottle - please notify us if you do need a refill.

Centralized location allows you to take advantage of all the area has to offer. 20 minutes one way to Yosemite's South Entrance, and 10 minutes the other way to Bass Lake! This is ONE of TWO properties on 50+ private acres! If you are bringing additional family or friends, you can rent out the other home and have the entire 50+ acres to yourself! Walking trails and beautiful scenery abound, you may not even have to leave the property! If interested in booking both properties, the other property is called "Emerald Escape".

Family room with luxury reclining leather sofa and chairs. Three bedrooms and two baths. Additional enclosed patio room with pool table and a/c and additional frig. Big yard with horseshoe pits, lots of room to roam and adjacent to Nelder Creek below the Fresno river merge. Wildlife. Many amenities!

The only Airbnb at a winery in the area! Only 25 minutes to the gates of Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Parks. Glamping experience! Dale is a 1972 Shasta. It has a full sized bed and its own refrigerator. No AC but we are in a very dry climate so even when it’s hot out it does cool down at night. Has a heater. We have a seasonal pool or hot tub but not both. There is a shared kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook. Bbq, griddle, microwave, oils, spices, pots, pans, Keurig, kettle, etc.

Place was great and worked out well for our visit to dodge ridge. Only hiccup was when we got there the house temp was 43 deg and it took a while for it to warm up. On the first night every blanket in house was used to stay warm. Once it was warm it was great though.

The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches—plush towels, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living space was cozy yet modern, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I will be returning! We would definitely return to this beautiful and comfortable home in the mountains. It is very secluded and at a lower elevation so road conditions, traffic, crowds, etc. were not an issue. Still, we were so close to skiing, lakes, hiking trails, Kirkwood, Tahoe, etc. that we could choose a new activity each day. Spacious kitchen and big table for game nights too. Loved it and hope to go back!

Albert’s place is a gorgeous little getaway tucked away in the Clementine orchards of Exeter. The house was easy to find, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor area is fantastic and no matter where you look it’s a beautiful vista of the orchard and surrounding mountain range. I only wish we had had more time to lounge by the pool and sit around the campfire. Our check in/check out process was easy and seamless and Albert was extremely responsive when we had questions or needed help. The only thing to note here is that the front door lock is a little finicky but after a few attempts we got the hang of it no problem. If you’re looking for a private location with plenty of space near Exeter I would highly recommend staying at Albert’s aptly named Charming Craftsman home. We had a wonderful time and are kicking ourselves for not booking one more night. Thank you for having us Albert!

Overall we enjoyed the house. One downside was not knowing that we would need to take out trash with us in the way out. Would be nice to list on the listing. Also could have used a few more towels as we did not have 1 per person (were a group of 12 in a house that said it sleeps 15). We were offered a late check out which was great but not told til check out morning so not really able to use. Liz also said she was going to send something via docusign but never got it but thought it was weird as I thought all docs needed to be through Airbnb.
