Thoroughly enjoy our Charming and Warm Studio as it will transport you the southern France countryside while being based in the very heart of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. 1. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows: Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 2,48 euros (2,25 + IVA) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum. 2. It is also important to note that when you check-in, it is obligatory* for us to make a copy of your official ID (Passport, National ID for EU citizens, etc.) *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. (Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, of 5 August, on the obligation for registration and communication to the Directorate General of the Police of persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia.)

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer.
