Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. VALLS 7, located on a 19th century building, is a 2019 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 4th floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.
