The apartment is for 3 people. The building has an elevator, but there are still 7 steps to climb. The apartment's layout is as follows: - En-suite bedroom with a king-size double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. - Small bedroom with a single bed. - Study room with an additional bed for separate sleeping arrangements. The main bathroom is in the hallway. It has a large shower and hairdryer. There is also a second en-suite bathroom. The water is heated by a gas heater inside the apartment, allowing only one shower at a time. - The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas stove, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all basic cooking and dining utensils. - TV with international channels (satellite). - Air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Central control by each apartment. - Access to a private patio. The same house rules apply to the patio, such as no smoking, noise, and parties.
