In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the third floor, has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. In a separate room we find a good-sized bedroom and a quiet stay. From one of its large windows, we will have wonderful views of the Realejo. A bathroom with a shower tray and a window located in the suite in this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restricted access by security code, and smart TV. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been preserved entirely in its original state, the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... Francesca Adventure Cave

Our Cueva Aventura offers three troglodyte accommodations: the Cueva Francesca 1/3 people (accessible to people with reduced mobility), the Cueva Lucia 2/5 people and the Cueva Emilia 4/7 people. The Cueva Francesca (50 m2) consists of a private and furnished patio, a living room (equipped kitchen, hollowed sofa, table, chairs, TV), a large bedroom (1 bed of 180 and 1 bed of 90 or 3 beds of 90, supplement for the 3rd single bed), walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Our salt pool (no allergies, no smell but we thank you for the stability and maintenance of the water not to use sunscreens) lined with its small cuevas to shelter your nap as well as the barbecue and the petanque court are to be shared. The price includes bed linen (which is made on arrival), towels, pool towel, cleaning at the end of the stay and electricity. The bio-climatic feature of the cave naturally air-conditions it.
