We had an amazing weekend at Marlon's house! The space is extremely cozy... The area at the back of the house seems to embrace you when you arrive. Comfort, beauty, plants, an ideal space to share that family moment. Arriving at the house was very smooth, the host gives you the information clearly and accurately. He also communicates well throughout the stay, responding quickly to any questions. There is also a catalog of very cool recommendations to help you in Praia Seca and its surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with a freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen, pots and utensils, a water filter, refrigerator and freezer in the outdoor area, as well as an incredible gourmet area (barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven). The stay at Arthur's house was simply FANTASTIC. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've stayed in other houses, but the big difference here is precisely Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The space is very cozy!! Close to everything, you can walk to the fair! The whirlpool with the view is a delight! And we used the barbecue with ease too! I'd definitely be back!!

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
