Brilliant stay with a brilliant and accommodating host :)

Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Claudio's place is super clean and tidy. The spaces are well distributed, the barbecue and outdoor area is excellent. The internet and TV (open and ipTV are very good. The utensils are of good quality and serve those who like to cook. The condominium is safe and quiet, even in the period we stayed that it was a carnival. Claudio is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips and was always available. I recommend it and will be back on site.

Our stay was exactly as described in the listing. Host Geovan was very attentive, always responding quickly and helping us with everything we needed. The house was clean and organized when we arrived, which made us very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the main beaches, bars and restaurants in the region, making our tours much easier. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, but the signal was weak; the cell signal was also bad. The cost-benefit of the accommodation was great. As a suggestion for improvement, I would only recommend changing the mattress to provide even more comfort to guests and a smart TV.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

Zilda is a wonderful person and a kind, present, thoughtful host with a huge heart. Regarding check-in, he is flexible with the schedule, he provided us with very useful information about the place and was always attentive to any needs. The house is very complete, the bathrooms are spacious, the spaces are comfortable, all the rooms have a fan that is sufficient for night temperatures. In addition, he gave us the barbecue and all the spaces for free use. In addition to that, near the place we had Porto da Barra, a complex of gastronomic places and very nice shops. To go downtown or to a beach a little further away, they offer transfers three blocks away on the avenue for 5 reals per section throughout the peninsula. Without hesitation I recommend the accommodation offered by Zilda, a genius !!!

Excellent location, great for those who travel without a car or prefer to do everything on foot. Very close to the beach and amenities. Andreia is very helpful and kind and gave all the instructions and was always available to answer any questions. I recommend it and intend to return.

Weekend was amazing! The house meets in every way! Having various environments so you can use. The staff are great, and super helpful. The food they made also very good! We didn't leave the house at any time! We'll be back soon for sure!

Casa very comfortable, very close to the beach and the differential is on account of Cristiane and Elson who gave all the assistance and made our days more special.

The house is very nice and comfortable. I think it's important to have a car to get to the house, we rented one and it made our stay much easier, since the location of the house is at the top of the hill and there is a lot of climbing. At night the streets are very dark and it is difficult to walk. The landlord is very attentive and kind. Whenever we needed something he responded very quickly. The area is very safe and quiet, you can only hear birds singing. The house has all the amenities and is well-equipped. I recommend it for a large family, like us, who were 9 people.

A very nice house, with spacious spaces, 5 suites, a few steps from the sea, Ferradura beach is clean and safe for swimming. The pool, garden and quincho are beautiful spaces to spend all day there and enjoy the night. Your host Roberto and wife Su, have made our stay with friends incredible. They are lovely, friendly, efficient, excellent food, the best caipiriñas and first-class service. The ensemble, home and hosts, make it a place to enjoy again and experience the best of Buzios. Thank you, an unforgettable place….. we will be back!!!!

The house is wonderful, the place is super quiet and peaceful. Lots of mosquitoes, but that's normal because it's a house further away from the city. The kitchen is wonderful, the indoor and outdoor space as well. Air conditioning in all rooms. House equipped with Alexa.

Before we arrived, André was already guiding us and giving us various information and tips about the house, the beaches and the city. The host's attention, promptness, proactivity and affection with the guests were differentiating points in our stay. The weekend was excellent. There were 12 of us (from children to the elderly) plus a pet and André's house served us perfectly. Full kitchen, bedrooms with linens and pillows, clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soaps, all very clean and organized. Very practical and complete gourmet area. The outdoor area has several fruit trees, too bad the fruits were still green lol. The house offers card games, frescobol, badminton, dominoes and billiards. The pool is great and is always cleaned by Mr. Luiz. The location is very good, 5 minutes from Itaúna beach, a few meters from the lagoon, bakery and restaurants. My family was delighted.

The highlight, undoubtedly, is the excellent pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. In addition, the service of Maurício and Williane was impeccable, always attentive, helpful and ready to ensure a perfect experience. I recommend this property with closed eyes and we will definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is simply mind-blowing. The condominium is beautiful, the house is super comfortable for large groups (we were 6), it has all the specifications described and the common spaces always clean and usable. All the condo staff are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. If they want beach, there is direct exit; if they want to stay, there is a pool and games room or they can stay in the house and enjoy the views and comforts. Highly recommended, worth every penny. And I don't want to forget Claudia, the host, who is not only easy to communicate but gives clear specifications before the stay. Everything went as smoothly as possible.

We loved the stay at Frederic's house, Claudinha is exceptional, polite, charismatic and takes great care of every detail, everyone felt at home. The only recommendation I would give to the host is the issue of the windows of the upper room, there is a lot of clarity at dawn, maybe if you had the possibility of putting on a blackout curtain would help a lot for those who want to sleep a bit more. Other than that, everything is excellent.

Very quiet condominium, Telma and Éverton extremely kind, we felt at home. The house matches the photos, everything is clean and smells good. We'll be back next time
