The accommodation exceeded expectations, the reception held by Mrs. Laine was extremely cordial. The property is impeccable, with a wonderful view surpassing any expectation. Extremely comfortable, cozy, safe for children and meets the needs well. However, we had two issues: the excessive presence of insects that caused great discomfort throughout the stay and required the constant use of repellents and even the use of smoke as an alternative control measure, especially due to the presence of children with allergic sensitivity. Another point was the fluctuation in the supply of electricity, there were frequent power outages, especially at night, which aggravated the situation of discomfort caused by mosquitoes. However, we also understand that these issues are unforeseen and beyond the host's control. Apart from these two aspects, the house was an incredible experience in terms of structure, comfort and service.

Very good house! Very quiet place and the host is an excellent person. My wife and son didn't want to leave. The stay was very worthwhile and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Iguaba, as the house is very close to the lagoon and you can walk there.

Our stay was simply wonderful! From the first contact, the hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the beginning. We were lucky enough to stay during the Easter holiday and we were surprised by a super affectionate gesture: she gifted us with a bowl full of candy! It was a detail that made all the difference and made my boyfriend and me very happy. The house is super cozy, with a very good energy, perfect to relax and enjoy the moment. Everything was clean, which gave us a lot of security and comfort. Attention to detail was visible in every corner. In addition, the location is great, and we can enjoy the rest days well. We are delighted with the care and affection the host has had with us. We will definitely return at a next opportunity and highly recommend hosting. It was a beautiful experience that we will keep fondly in memory! In addition, the beaches do not even take 10 min.

The space is good, it corresponds to the listing. The Host responds very quickly, and Co-Host Rosana was very available (although we did not call on her). The house is well equipped, and we only missed having spare garbage bags and floor cloths for small cleaning jobs (there weren't any). The condominium is very friendly and well located, with a swimming pool and full-time lifeguards. As a suggestion (although it is not the Host's obligation), it would be positive to add welcoming elements for guests, and everyday items that we usually do not bring (tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filter). I've even received chocolate and cookies as a welcome. This was the only one who did not provide anything, and it would be a "caring touch" for the guest. Of course, it's just a suggestion, and it doesn't detract from the space. It would also be good to renovate some items, such as the umbrella and one of the beach chairs (they are already old and worn or unstitched). Overall, I highly recommend it, you can hire it without fear.

It was a week-long family trip and the house made our days more peaceful and comfortable. Extremely comfortable bed and bath linen, air-conditioning and fan (indispensable in many days), full kitchen, TV with Netflix, in addition to staying in a super quiet condominium in the midst of nature. Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". Less than 30 minutes for some of the most beautiful. In short: worth the stay

I stayed two nights in the house and loved it, everything simple, but very comfortable. Cida was very helpful and all I needed to do was send a message, which was quickly answered. The house was very clean and organized. It is about 10 minutes from two beaches, and to go to Pontal do Atai beach you need to go very early, because at 8 a.m. there were no more parking spots to go up. I loved the stay, and Cida is a sweetheart.

Eliza is a very attentive and helpful host. Always available to help us with her kindness. The house is spacious and well located on a cul-de-sac with a quiet neighborhood. Good place for families with children who want to rest and enjoy the Laguna de Araruama. We had a very nice week and returned with great memories!

We loved the place!! Very comfy and cozy, had a very well equipped kitchen. Its location is awesome, very peaceful and quiet, while close to the pier (local attraction) and busier beaches, lots of restaurants at only a few minutes walk. The city itself has plenty of markets and services. Highly recommend Victor’s place and 1000/10 would book it again.
