Vacation rentals with a kayak in Região dos Lagos

Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

Tom's house is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the lagoon and a 5-minute walk to the beach. This is the second time we've been there, everything was clean, fragrant and organized, and we left there wanting to come back again. We'll be back soon to spend more days of tranquility and peace in this paradise.

The house is great and a very pleasant environment, all impeccable !!! All rooms with covers, clean towels, decorated air in all the rooms, all clean, plenty of kitchen utensils to use, shower with hot water, a huge and very nice living room with a dining table as well. Near the beach . It was an amazing weekend with my family, super indico!!!!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Harmonious, quiet house, exactly as described in the announcement, Mr. Mariano and Arthur are wonderful and caring people, fulfilling all our requests always willing to provide the best . We love every detail!!

House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.

The house matches the name very well, it really is peaceful. It's the last house in a super charming and well-reserved condominium. Lígia's house is in front, but the garage and backyard of the house are independent, giving a lot of privacy. The backyard behind the house is beautiful and super cozy. As it is closed, it is also great for pets, who can move freely around the space. The house is close to the center, you can do everything on foot, but far enough to be very quiet and without noise. And Lígia was super helpful, pleasant and flexible with our schedules. We hope to be able to return soon, as they were wonderful days of rest.

Sítio Samambaia is simply stunning. The care and attention that Mário and Sula dedicate to the house and guests are noteworthy. We spent unforgettable days on the property, diving into the crystal-clear Macaé river that passes in front of the house, resting in the huge grassy area that surrounds the house or taking advantage of the charming sauna located inside the main house. Although access to the site is by dirt road, it is easily accessible by small vehicles. Mário waited for us by car at the exit of Mury-Lumiar and guided us to the site. I recommend the Samambaia and hope to return there many times!

We are in love and intend to return! The house is a delight, super well maintained! New appliances and utensils, it really has everything you need, from good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! Coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. Super comfortable HOTEL BED AND PILLOW! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and of quality! We were greeted with delicious cassava and lots of affection.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I do not recommend it AT ALL. It's worth it when you get there, but it's a point of attention. Very bumpy, with ruts and rocks that slip and that can tear a tire that is not in good condition, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need for food so you don't go out (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for the owners: 1 service light above the sink for cooking at night / improve those last few meters near the door

The place is extremely pleasant! The house is large and very comfortable. The outdoor area is a real highlight, with its wonders. All rooms are spacious and cozy, providing plenty of comfort. In addition, the condominium is very well located and structured, which made our stay even more special. Myself and my family spent wonderful days here. Simone was super solicitous at all times, always helpful and supporting us in everything we needed.

Couldn't have chosen better to celebrate my birthday with my family! The house is a dream, impeccable in every detail. Everything prepared with affection to receive us: impeccable cleanliness, delicious aroma, soft towels and first-class bedding. Abundant firewood for the fireplaces (indoor and outdoor!) and cozy blankets. The view from the rooms is breathtaking. The deck overlooking the hills and the valley is simply spectacular. The waterfall and the lake with a kayak provided us with unforgettable moments. The seriemas, gentle and charming, were the icing on the cake, visiting us all the time. The owners pampered us with attention and affection, becoming more than hosts, true friends. The attached restaurant is a delight apart, with delicious feijoada, impeccable cold cuts and very cold draft beer. Our son had a lot of fun with the available activities: ball, rackets, skateboard, mini foosball... A place to always come back to, no doubt!
