We made a great accommodation at the samba hotel, we love everything from arrival to departure. A special reinforcement to the valetters who have always been considerate and kind! The only detail that ended up leaving to be desired was the problem in the hotel elevator. Besides only having two, one is broken during our 3 day stay, the other sometimes stopped out of nowhere. We ended up trying to get the stairs a few times, even on the top floor we were on. But outside that was perfect 🙏

Exactly as advertised, simple location. However cozy and objective. it met our expectations. 7km from the beach of the fort, 17km of búzios, 3km to the street of the bikinis, 7km to the island of japanese and 1km to the beach of the pero and shells. We enjoy a lot, we will return at other times.

A kitchen area features wooden cabinetry and a white refrigerator. A round table with rose flowers is placed near large glass doors, revealing a balcony with a stunning view of the ocean and boats. A sun umbrella shades outdoor seating on the terrace.

This is the second time we have stayed, we have come to spend my husband's birthday fds! The flat is amazing, a few steps from the street of stones, from great restaurants, beaches… all this with an amazing look of the sea from the balcony ! More than perfect location! After the beach, we always stayed enjoying the TB pool. Marcelo um is a very attentive host, left us several tips and responded quickly. We look forward to coming back! I highly recommend!!! Excellent stay, very good location, a beautiful view, close to everything to get there on foot. Keep in mind that for long stays, I stayed 8 nights, there is no change of towels or sheets, there actually is but at a cost, which also includes cleaning the apartment.

I loved my stay! Super quiet place, and cleanoo! You've already won me by the filter outside that guests can get water at will! Many of the times when we arrive there is no time to put water to ice. And arrive and already find a filter with ice water!!! Amei!!!! The closet outside tbm with things to be shared is a great idea tbm, Advice for those who do not eat on the street and will cook in the flat just as I always carry panelinhas porq I am intolerant to eat on the street is difficult, it is cool to take some more clicks, but whoever is going to do the basics does not need it is enough. Very clean environment, the owner overrequires too much.muito near the beach. I travel around the world and host myself on Airbnb! And this one is on my list that I will come back more often! As much as it's not air-conditioned, it's super fresh! Indico for anyone this flat. Another thing. Don't forget that you will stay at someone's home. So take care as if it were your own!

Excellent apartment, better than the photos, incredible view, well-equipped bathroom and kitchen, the condominium has a good pool and is very conveniently located a few blocks from Rua das Piedras. One small thing, since there is a restaurant right below, the smell sometimes becomes annoying. Everything else is an excellent option, you'll be back for sure.

Our stay at the flat was perfect from the time we booked. Hélio was super attentive, he gave us all the information for the arrival and Claudinha's phone number, who, by the way, is an angel in human form. The flat is exactly the same as the photos, the air-conditioning is very cold, the kitchen is well-equipped, clean bed and bath linens… the view is breathtaking. The condominium is a little far from the center of Búzios, but that was not a problem for us. Both at the entrance to the condominium and inside there is a small market that meets basic needs well. We traveled with our pet and were unable to access the beach near the condominium. But no problems either, because we managed to walk around a lot in other places. I highly recommend the stay. We'll be back for sure!

Condominio's own restaurant meets us on the beach. Next to the commercial area (restaurants, bakery, farmacia, Comercio). Super recommend.

Cidão's apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped, as well as modern and very well maintained. The location is very good in the Passagem neighborhood, close to restaurants and bakeries, even Praia do Forte, which we were able to walk to. There was a little noise in the hallway next to the room, but nothing to disrupt the stay, and I believe that in the low season this does not happen. In addition, Cidão was a very caring and honest host, and contact with him was very easy and agile.

quiet locale, close to many essential shops such as market, pharmacy and restaurant at night had places to snack very close as well, the region is quiet but I felt that when walking on the street must have a lot of attention because from nothing comes cars at high speed, Mr.Elias was well educated and helpful, in addition to being very requested, I ended up arriving earlier in the place and he allowed me to enter, I just missed a mat because I went with my wife and my son, apart from this everything was perfect, place to extend the wet clothes, and a very pleasant leisure area, for sure on a lap to get to know more about the region I would be there.

I thank Elza and Grazielle for the extremely attentive reception. They were very attentive to my check-in, but I ended up having unforeseen events with the airline and lost a night. But the apartment is very complete and just like the photos. The location is a little bad for those who want to walk to the beaches, but it's easy to solve this “little problem”, lol. I'll save it for the next ones!!! ;))

Very cozy place, family atmosphere, quiet, not to mention the view that, without a doubt, is the strongest point: simply amazing. We slept and woke up to the sound of the waves and were very well attended by the owner. We had lunch and breakfast on the gourmet balcony that is practically overlooking the sea. As a suggestion, just a few improvements: the purchase of a microwave and an air fryer.
