Fernando and Patrícia were extremely proactive and willing to help from the first contact. Communication, sending information and tips, were impeccable. The house is too beautiful! We fell in love right away. Everything is extremely clean, tidy and cozy. Because it was cold, we didn't enjoy the pool as much (only on the last day it was sunny). But because of the cold, the bathtub area became more charming and enjoyable. Easy access by car. The convenience is great! The kitchen is super well-equipped. The bed, the blanket and the showers...speechless! Perfect ! We hope to come back more often 🥰

The house is beautiful! It has an amazing view and a great space. It is in an extremely quiet and family-friendly condominium. We love it. For small children it's a little unsafe, but they were great days!

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway in Arraial do Cabo, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The host greeted us when we arrived and responded immediately to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best part is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to accommodate larger groups, with sufficient utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thais flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience :) We look forward to returning soon!

The house is incredibly beautiful, those who arrive already fall in love with the view. It has all indispensable utensils for a good stay, comfortable rooms and everything well organized. The checkin was easy and Alice was super gentle.

The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even an ice cream maker to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block away from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

The apartment is very clean, with tasteful decor. The beds were comfortable, bathroom with good shower and in the kitchen we found what we needed. The strength of the accommodation is on the balcony, which looks amazing. I loved my hoshospedagem. I want to come back!

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Very kind and attentive hostess, I had a small accident with breaking something and she was super attentive to me. Very nice house, spacious, exactly as described on the site. The pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven, spacious and well-ventilated rooms, house near shops and beach, although the beach is very rough for swimming. The house also has a pond with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was really worth it. We'll be back another time!

My FDS at Lumiar in the heart of Lagartixa was wonderful🦎. It was amazing, the place is very peaceful, beautiful waterfall on the grounds, great for bathing, meditating and connecting with nature. Well-equipped kitchen, and very charming in the decoration, flowers. Beautiful Liliane left us a bonfire ready 🔥 to light up the night, it was perfect. I loved everything, even the visits from the 2 beautiful dogs that came by every day to visit, hehehe. Liliane was very kind to welcome us. Thank you for the affection and the place you have.
