Our experience was incredible! My family and I love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would just add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 min away by car. We were 3 adults and 2 children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Mari is very flexible and helpful from the first contact, she responds quickly, which was even decisive in choosing the house. The house is great, corresponding to the listing. Our stay was great! The house was very clean, very comfortable environment for our group (16 people) Very attentive homemade. We received the nomination to hire Vitória for us to assist in the kitchen, and the food was excellent! The only point that might bother you a little bit is the smell, at times of the day that comes from the lagoon. We'll be back for sure!!!

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FANTASTIC. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've stayed in other houses, but the big difference here is precisely Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway in Arraial do Cabo, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! The house exceeded all our expectations! Besides being beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean, what else delighted us was the outdoor space: spacious, well maintained and full of options for all ages. My kids had a great time and so did we, the place is super quiet, great for relaxing and enjoying every moment. This outdoor area was all thought out with great affection, which made all the difference in our experience. We thank the host for the reception and care in every detail. We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The host greeted us when we arrived and responded immediately to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best part is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

The house is beautiful! It has an amazing view and a great space. It is in an extremely quiet and family-friendly condominium. We love it. For small children it's a little unsafe, but they were great days!

Our vacation was excellent, the house is wonderful. We went in a group of family and friends (7 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and peaceful, the children played in the street quietly. The house is fully equipped with kitchen items, bed linens, bath, airy, clean, organized, spacious and very tasteful. It has TV, Netflix, swimming pool in front of the barbecue area. The rooms have air-conditioning and great showers. One en-suite is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. And it has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The garage fits 4 cars, but you can park on the street without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, respond quickly and made several recommendations and answered all our questions. We were referred to a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), she cooks very well, in addition to being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, I highly recommend it and hope to return.

An incredible experience, a very quiet and organized condominium, very well located close to several places 10/20min by car. Very kind and attentive hostess, I had a small accident with breaking something and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely come back more often.

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

Very nice house, spacious, exactly as described on the site. The pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven, spacious and well-ventilated rooms, house near shops and beach, although the beach is very rough for swimming. The house also has a pond with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was really worth it. We'll be back another time!

Our stay was simply perfect! Extremely clean, well-equipped and very comfortable home. The Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake. We were very well attended by the hostess Simone, who made us very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back!!! Super recommended to everyone !!!

A super cozy house and a paradise to stay in Arraial do Cabo! Nicole thinks of every detail to welcome you in the best way. And they are super helpful to help you! The view is surreal, even more beautiful in person! We will definitely return more often!

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 en-suites and one room without a bathroom, plus a room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very spacious and super complete kitchen and living room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has a barbecue and cooktop already with gas, a very nice place. The pool is small but met our needs. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cutter, as in the morning there was a lot of light. Great house in a safe condominium and attentive host, I highly recommend it!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!
