The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to accommodate larger groups, with sufficient utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thais flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience :) We look forward to returning soon!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just minutes from downtown, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

I'll start by saying that photos can be deceiving. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not staying longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is exactly as advertised. Amanda is an excellent host, friendly and very helpful. The house has all the necessary utensils to make coffee and meals. The cleaning was spotless. High-quality towels and sheets were provided. The place offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The location in my opinion is perfect, a few minutes from Arraial, and very close to the Monte Alto lagoon, at the end of the street there is also a beautiful beach. We will definitely stay at this beautiful house again.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Everything was spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. The location is exactly as per the photos. The location is only accessible by car (unless you are willing to take a long walk on hills), as the place is located inside a condominium in the hills (the same one where the beaches of Pontal do Atalaia are located, the one famous for the staircase), we found the place safe, surrounded by woods, lots of nature and beautiful landscapes. We went on a Monday, so it was empty, we had a very private experience, and it was great. The next day, other guests started arriving in the neighboring lofts, which no longer made us so comfortable, due to the whirlpool being external. Other than that, everything perfect. A few more points to Filipe who works with Ereni, he is wonderful, super proactive and dedicated to making hosting an excellent experience! I would definitely come back!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Nice apartment, it is in the heart of Búzios, you have to climb 5 floors approx (92 steps) to get to the apartment, it is worth it because the view is beautiful, it has access from above and you have to climb a small slope and go down two stairs, important information for visitors who have mobility difficulties. The apartment has everything you need to relax quietly and comfortably. The host is very friendly and attentive to us, totally recommended! ⭐
