Welcoming and cozy to Adriana's house, it felt like I was at home. Quiet and quiet condominium, ideal for a rest away from the hustle and bustle. The condominium has access to a wonderful lagoon, ideal for children and the elderly, as there is no wave and the water is warm , water is at knee height. I highly recommend Adriana's house!! Adriana gave me great food, water and restaurant delivery tips. Adriana is a lovely person, super attentive. Thank you Adriana, I'll come back other times.

What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

Bruno is an extremely polite host and explained everything right about the house . The house was tidy , with potential for improvement , but the street has no asphalt and damages the cleaning in general , however TODAY the city hall was paving the street. There is a wooden deck on the door of the house and a balcony with a beautiful view of the lagoon . The pool is good size and the gourmet area has a stove , barbecue , sink , bathroom and shower . As we were just a couple the other rooms were locked up , so ask about it during your stay . The centre of Saquarema is 5min away by car , there is the village beach which is 2min away by car and Itaúna is 10min away .

The house is great, well-equipped, perfect location and the view left us speechless. The hosts were attentive to the request made, we will take great memories!

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

I and my family love their stay at Maria Luiza's property. Very attentive host and responded quickly when we need it. The apartment was neat and clean, bed linens and bath OK. Well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils. The condominium is extremely quiet and with great structure, as we stayed for a week we loved the fact that we have an Omo laundry in the condominium. Despite being away from the city center, we found the road very quiet and easy to reach by car. We found everything perfect and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! I just missed having TV in the rooms and it would be cool if I had chairs and umbrellas available for rent in the condominium, as we went by plane we had no way to take and in the region the rentals per period are extremely expensive.

Chácara 81 is an environment of peace and tranquility, with everything you need to spend the weekend relaxing and having fun. We had the idea of providing more than one refrigerator, where we use one for everyday things and another only for drinks. The pool table, barbecue area and swimming pool allow the guest a variety of activities.

Our stay in Macaé de Cima was simply wonderful! From the first moment, we were greeted with affection and attention by the hosts Val and Clarissa, who did everything to make our experience unforgettable. The cottage surprised us with a cozy atmosphere, providing perfect days for rest and connection with nature. The surrounding landscape is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of wildlife. To further enhance the experience, one suggestion would be to place stones at the entrance to Chalet 3, facilitating both the transport of luggage for guests and the arrival of cars to the site. In addition, an aluminum barbecue in the space would be a great complement to outdoor socializing. But according to Clarissa, it's already in the backlog. Apart from these little details, everything was perfect! We recommend this 11-star accommodation and will undoubtedly return to experience more incredible moments in this charming retreat.

The Cachoeiras do Caledônia site is even more beautiful in person than it looks in the listing photos! A private place, surrounded by nature, with a privileged view and with several options for trails, waterfalls and other activities within the property. Some features, such as the sauna, depend on prior communication to arrange according to the host's availability, but in general we were very comfortable to freely explore and enjoy what the space has to offer. The lofts do not have a fan or air-conditioning, so in the heat it can be interesting to take... but in general the cool mountain climate favors the use of indoor fireplaces, especially at night, which are extremely safe and comforting. The windows facing the overlook positioned towards the sunrise are a show of their own. Everything about our stay was amazing, the worst part was leaving, and I can't wait to get back to explore what we didn't have time for the first time!

The house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the cook Neuza is very helpful and has a wonderful temper, the location is more than perfect! The host Dilceia is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, she answers all questions quickly! We loved the stay, we'll be back more often for sure!

Everything we were informed of we found in the house, even though it is currently a place with some difficulties on the road to get to, but upon arrival it is worth all the effort, the place of accommodation is great, very well maintained and clean, the place around is wonderful and perfect to recharge and feel like coming back or never leaving. Staying in Eduardo's chalet was like living a real movie scene! The place is simply amazing, surrounded by nature, conveys an indescribable peace. Everything is made with great whim and good taste, you can feel the affection in every detail. Eduardo was extremely kind and receptive, always talking to me and sharing valuable tips. One gesture that caught my attention was when, on Saturday, he and his wife appeared by surprise to deliver candles, since it was raining a lot. Even though I don't need it. But an attention that makes all the difference. I chose the place to propose to my girlfriend. Without a doubt, a unique and special experience. I highly recommend it at heart!

We are in love and intend to return! The house is a delight, super well maintained! New appliances and utensils, it really has everything you need, from good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! Coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. Super comfortable HOTEL BED AND PILLOW! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and of quality! We were greeted with delicious cassava and lots of affection.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I do not recommend it AT ALL. It's worth it when you get there, but it's a point of attention. Very bumpy, with ruts and rocks that slip and that can tear a tire that is not in good condition, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need for food so you don't go out (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for the owners: 1 service light above the sink for cooking at night / improve those last few meters near the door
