Our host was Vanesa. She explained to us on the first day what we needed. We asked for top sheets and covers since they usually only provide one sheet, and she brought them to us without any problems. She gave us some tips about the area and then we didn't need her anymore, they sent us several promotions for excursions, buggy rentals, etc. Check-out was hassle-free, the building where the apartment is located is very complete and highly recommended, the pool and others, ideal for families.

We really like the site! Very close to where the taxi boats go to the other beaches, also close to the square of the pit where there are several options of places to eat the night (5 minutes walking). The structure of the condominium is great, it has a game room and the pool is large. The apartment is also quite complete and Davidson was very attentive, he answered us very quickly! We'll be back for sure 😊

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. I and my family love their stay at Maria Luiza's property. Very attentive host and responded quickly when we need it. The apartment was neat and clean, bed linens and bath OK. Well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils. The condominium is extremely quiet and with great structure, as we stayed for a week we loved the fact that we have an Omo laundry in the condominium. Despite being away from the city center, we found the road very quiet and easy to reach by car. We found everything perfect and we will definitely recommend it to our friends! I just missed having TV in the rooms and it would be cool if I had chairs and umbrellas available for rent in the condominium, as we went by plane we had no way to take and in the region the rentals per period are extremely expensive.

Wilder's house is located on an excellent street, with a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to Peró beach and beach of the shells. The beach of the Japanese Island is also nearby and take you by car. The region has excellent spots to explore. We returned to stay at his place for sure.

The house is in a condominium in the district of Monte Alto, a few steps from the Araruama lagoon, in fact we went to the islet of Massamba on foot (40-minute walk) by the lagoon. Easy access because it is on the RJ 102 highway, making our tours easy. The condominium is minutes from the entrance to Arubinha, near Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio (20 to 30 minutes away). There were 6 of us and the house accommodated us very well. Mr. Ivan gave us a lot of support and great tips for tours and eating. We will definitely be back in the future, even though we have a 12-hour trip ahead of us.

Simply amazing, sensational host, perfect space for small family or for those who go in a group of couples it is also perfect, super meets all needs and the location is very good. I went to the center in 17 minutes. I got to know all the beaches of Arraial, easy access, and to Ponta da Acaíra 35 min. In other words, everything was very perfect. Remembering that I did these routes by car. Behind the condominium there are swimming pools, a restaurant and bar, but what I really loved was the lagoon beach, with warm water, delicious! Fabrícia is a great host, the house is great as well as showing the photos and the description, the very well organized condominium tbm, the pool is open until 9pm and the games room until 2am, we return from the beach we still enjoy the condominium, there is a bar, restaurant, gym, in the lake to rent for 1 hour kayak for 30 reais and the tour is a delight, I spent great days there, I was delighted with all the arraial beaches, the oven is worth every step of the trail. I hope to return soon. Amazing experience, wonderful place!!!

The apartment is very well furnished, cozy, good beds, all utensils in the kitchen from a pressure cooker to a coffee cup, there is a cooler to use, there are beach chairs, there are mini boards. The condominium is very complete with plenty of room for kids and lots of activities in the common areas. It was really worth spending the holiday at Deilson's apartment and I will definitely be back.
