The house was just beautiful, very secluded, the king size bed was so comfortable and I have a bad back so that’s very important to me. Nice to have a full size refrigerator, microwave, and automatic drip coffeemaker.

Amazing stay at Coco Cabana over the memorial day weekend! The house is beautiful, very spacious for our large group, right next to lake Anna with a private dock/kayaks/sand pit and fire pit/detached game room. Lots to do for kids and adults alike! We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The Wifi had unpredictable connection issues but it was addressed immediately. But all in all an absolute gem of a place - thanks to Daniel and team for everything!

Gorgeous spot on the Potomac. My family of 6 slept very comfortably for a week. The space is very pleasing, and Matt and Lacey were super responsive.

Immaculate and well-appointed home with gorgeous water views. Evan has thought of every amenity and then some. His guidebook is thorough and helpful in explaining the home and area. Our stay was beyond enjoyable and comfortable. The outside was just as welcoming. The lawn is lush and landscaping beautiful. Would highly recommend- a complete 10/10!

This home was lovely. A lot of fun activities at the home and right near the lake. We enjoyed the games and golf cart a lot. The beds and pillows were very comfy!

The ultimate peaceful and restful location and experience. Carmen was super responsive for all my questions, and her gorgeously designed house had ALL the amenities and comforts from home! Sauces, condiments, spices, coffee and teas, canned goodies, dry pantry goodies - her gourmet kitchen was a delight! Tupperware for leftovers, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, tons of toilet paper and toiletries and bbq supplies. Rain shower experience!! Also water filter, and a bar fridge with bottled water and normal and Diet Coke! Beds out of this world!!! Gorgeous patios with plenty of lounging options, everything was beautiful!!!! Thank you Carmen! Best host ever!

Jian was an amazing host he replied to us within minutes and had YOUTUBE instructions for all the smarthouse devices . this home is well worth the stay crabbing hanging on the dock the screened in porch. my dogs had a blast exploring the property freely i 1000 precent recommend this property for s peaceful relaxing time with your friends and family

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Had a great long weekend at Adam and Maria John's apt! Centrally located, and in a very walkable area of town. The apt is even cuter and comfy in person! Adam and Maria John have included thoughtful touches (a sound machine, lots of coffee, a neighborhood guide, extra blankets) - overall, a great stay in Fredericksburg.

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

My husband and I loved the location and house! We loved it so much we came back a couple days later when we drove through the area again. Lovely town and location. Will be back.

The water pressure was the best I’ve had at any place besides my own home. And I love good water pressure! The place fit our needs well. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, but also had easy access to a major road with all sorts of stores and restaurants. The only down side I can think of was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it!

We will definitely be back is the best endorsement. Quiet basement space that is in a safe and accessible neighborhood- one bed, living room, kitchen with induction stove, bathroom and cute dining area. Private entrance through the side gate with flood lights making late check in safe and easy. The owner is extremely responsive and lives upstairs but you barely hear anything. It had everything we needed and more. Internet connection was not lightening fast but you can still get online.

We came for a graduation and Bill’s space was perfect for what we needed: private, clean, and comfortable. He was welcoming but not intrusive, and we felt safe. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Jill's apartment. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and the living room, which has a wonderful mural, was perfect for relaxing conversation.

very nice place, we enjoyed our stay. there is lots to do around town within walking distance and parking is very nearby. as said in the description there are people upstairs working but the noises didn’t go into the night nor the next morning. we loved the spiky light in the living room and the comfy bed.

Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience.
