Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

Cozy, clean, and safe, with incredible access to a real neighborhood and comunity that does not at all feel as busy as D.C. can be. The property is a real oasis in the city with great privacy. And we made a last minute booking. Hubby and I feel very fortunate to have come upon this listing.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable for our group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the extra half bath made things even more convenient. The patio was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings—cozy and private. What really stood out were the hosts—they were extremely kind, welcoming, and super responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One thing to note: there are quite a few steps throughout the property, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. That said, it worked great for our group, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Carlos was extremely kind and help with his listing. The property felt more like a home than an Airbnb, decor has personality verses the usual Airbnb look. Home had tons of natural light and would probably look extremely beautiful watching snow fall.

Sarah and JT's home is lovely -- clearly a beloved house. I felt right at home during a 5 day stay. Great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and cafés, green space. My hosts were thoughtful in having a muffin for me for my first breakfast and half and half in the fridge. The rooftop garden is magical.

My family and I had a great time while we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer. I’ve been with Air B&B for a couple of years now and Ben was the best host that we have ever stayed with. He was great from the booking of his house, all the way to the end of our stay. He even checked to make sure we all made it home safely. His house was great for my family of 8. We had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend you to stay at his home if you are going to visit the DC area. Thanks again Ben for everything 😊

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

You will absolutely enjoy David’s home which is an outstanding value in price and exceeded all of my expectations for luxury, cleanliness, comfort, ease of communication, and amenities. David’s hosting services shows his authentic appreciation to you as his guest, and I will have this location as my ‘home away from home’ in future visits to Alexandria, Virginia.

Me and my parents loooved this place. It would be perfect if it had a TV and the living room light was working all right, but since we didn't stay in a lot everything was great. The neighborhood was super clean and safe for walking around, it was located very close to a capital bike station and a train station which helped a lot since we weren't driving. It was also pretty close to a Target and other stores. The house was really clean compared to other Airbnb houses I've been to. It's perfect for people that are travelling with kids. They provide a cooking top, utensils, coffee and basic seasonings so you can easily make a meal. We would definitely rent it again!

This home was very clean and has a nice three story layout. Little communication was needed, but responses were fast. Toys for the kiddos was a nice touch.

We loved our stay in this townhome! It’s in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood but still just minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect home base to explore the city. Would definitely stay again!

Stephanie’s place was the perfect choice for the weekend getaway that i had with my friends! it was fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, cleaning supplies, linens, dishes, etc. there was tons of space for the 6 of us (all adults). the house has a super modern design and still feels very warm, welcoming, and homey. Stephanie was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating during our stay. 10/10 would book again! :)

We are returning guest and will always look for availability here first! From the basement porch swings to the roof top beck... this place is 👌 perfect. Our family and kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court up the street, and even the Legos in the living room. Thank you for having us back

It's a wonderful house. It's neat and cozy. The kitchen is big and convenient. Everything is pleasant, so I take it easy. I want to visit again.

This B&B is very nice, very clean. The landlord is very nice and helped us solve many problems. The room is well prepared. I like it very much. The decorative paintings on the wall must have artistic taste. It's super good. I will come again next time.

Communication was good with quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook. Streaming TV had signed-in options to us most everything (or people just didn't sign out when they left). Marketing pictures always make it seem nicer than it really is. The townhome a little older and some neighbors are run down a little surrounding them. It was cleaned the best it could for this age. The pillows weren't that comfortable as they were all big and hard...all 4 of us didn't like them (more made for show pillows), but the beds were somewhat comfortable. Thankful for a good host that communicated well.
