Vacation rentals with a sauna in Rappahannock River

Great place that was clean, had air conditioning, and plenty of beds that were comfortable for our family of five. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well kept. The kids loved the heated pools and activities. Communication with Robert was great. We had a bit of a delay at check-in and weren't able to get into the room until 6 PM. Other than that, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. It was a good value; we have no complaints. Thank you so much for your professionalism, everything went as planned.

Truly enjoyed our stay here, very peaceful with many things to do on the property. No need to leave unless you want to. The condo was well kept and resides on a Hilton Time Share property - great hosts there as well. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We greatly enjoyed our stayin Williamsburg! The condo was laid out perfectly for our family and had extra space! Our small grandson's thought their 3rd floor loft was special for them. We needed the two king beds and spacious bathrooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hostess was very very helpful. We will definitely stay there again. My son-in-law stayed there in high school, with my daughter about eight years ago, and this last trip with my husband and I and his wife and three children. I booked this and did not know he had stayed there before until we arrived. The restuarant was handy when we were too tired to go out. The food was very good. Alecia Wagoner

We loved the location. We could easily travel around in Yorktown, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Restaurants and shopping were just down the road.

We love the house 🏠 clean decoration beach team. We loved the fire pits for roasting s’mores the kids love the corn hold game. Lots of trees private. The views from the deck on the lake was calming. Definitely would stay again. Host was very good responsive and friendly.

We had a large group at the compound by the swinging bridge for New Years and it was absolutely ideal! We played games by the fire place, cooked delicious meals, relaxed in the sauna and hot tub, danced and watched movies in the game room, laughed around the fire pits, played frisbee in the lawn, and watched an incredible double rainbow over the river after a thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable and the vibe was cozy and lived in. Taki was great to communicate with and we’re very thankful to him and his family for creating such a sanctuary. We definitely hope to return!

Wonderful weekend stay right on the river. Easy access to the hazel river, Shenandoah national park, as well as some short trails right on the property. Spectacular views from every window and multiple decks. It’s easy to sit and read a book while listening to the peaceful sounds. This property is beautiful with everything you need to feel right at home. It felt more like a home than a rental property. It was well decorated and somewhere you actually want to spend time vs drop your stuff and head out. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to return.

Have stayed in A LOT of air BnB’s around the RVA area and this was hands down the cleanest! Felt the most like home out of any other space in the area!

What a beautiful house for our family get together! Great place for adults and children. The adults enjoyed the spa amenities while the kiddos loved the ping pong table, games! And firepit. Quick walk to docks in the neighborhood and the kids enjoyed some fishing! Lindsay and Craig were wonderful- super responsive and attentive! Would strongly recommend this place!

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay on our trip to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. There were 8 of us — 2 grandparents, mother & father with 3 kids — 9-year old boy twins and a 12-year-old girl, along with a single aunt. The first floor master was perfect for the grandparents. Mom and Dad with the 3 kids could all be upstairs with the boys in the bunk room and the girl on the pull-out sleeper in the study. The arcade room and pool table were fantastic for the kids. The house was clean but had a “lived in” feel which we appreciated because we didn’t feel like we had to “walk on eggshells.”

Wintaye was very helpful and always responded promptly. She even came out to the house and help fix the tv remote for me and my guess. Thank you and the house was beautiful and nice and clean.

This one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever been to. It really is a relaxing space full of great accommodations.
