This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Our comfortable, spacious, and private guest room and bath are located on the 3rd floor of our townhouse on a quiet tree-lined street. Jackson Heights is a historic neighborhood full of amazing restaurants and nightlife. We're located walking distance to the subway, which will take you to Manhattan in under 30 minutes, and just 10-minutes from LaGuardia airport.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

This is a private room with a full-size bed with a side table, dressing table, and closet. Inside the closet we have extra blankets, sheets, fan, and heater. In addition, we have also provided the guest with their own small refrigerator, comfy chair, and a table with breakfast.
