Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!

This cast-iron landmark building is located at the corner intersection of Broadway and Canal street, within walking distance to several NYC neighborhoods (SoHo, Chinatown, TriBeCa, Little Italy, and NYU campus). To get to other city areas, the Canal Street station is right in front of the building entrance for the N, Q, R, J, and 6 subway trains.

Large cozy room in a big apartment in a historic neighborhood! Clinton Hill has a real neighborhood feel. It's relaxed, charming and feels like home immediately. Its a vibrant, diverse place that has so much to do without a lot of hyper activity. I have a friendly cat named Digi that lives in the apartment as well.
