This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

We are less than 10 mins away by car from Jones Beach, where you can enjoy a concert, or simply soak in the sun and enjoy the waves. We are close to Route 110, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops. We are less than 5 mins by car to the mall and/or the train to New York City.

This is the perfect beach getaway! Open layout with windows, sunlight and comfort in every room from the den to the bedrooms to the backyard. Read book in a cozy chair, watch a movie in the den or play games and bbq outside. You can ride bikes or walk to the beach (passes included) or stay in and unwind on a spacious, relaxing hammock. Anything you need for your summer home is here. Walking/biking distance to beach and loads of restaurants, bars, etc nearby!

It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
