Charming, authentic beach bungalow. A very desirable location across the street from the beach, 2 blocks from Manasquan inlet and the legendary surfers beach, and a block from the free, dog friendly beach. Walking distance to famed bars and eateries, yet situated in a family oriented neighborhood, away from after hour celebrating. Downtown is a 15 minute walk with excellent restaurants and boutique shopping. Manasquan remains ‘old school’ with unique owner operated stores and services.
“Laura and Teddy were welcoming, flexible, and accommodating hosts. Stayed at their beach bungalow for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - just a block away from the dog beach and regular beach. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essential equipment and items. Laura and Teddy continued to provide hospitality even after checkout- helped us with street parking, lent us beach chairs, and shared their outdoor shower - so we were able to enjoy our time beyond our stay. Most appreciated was how dog friendly they were. Would highly recommend staying here and looking forward to booking again in the future!”

“The beach house is great! Can’t beat the location and amenities. They use a cleaning service and linen service. The rooms were big enough and plentiful for holding our belongings. We stayed for a month as traveling nurses. Hala was very quick to respond to questions. The appliances are nice, the gas range is brand new, but small inside in case you were planning to bake while there. We used smaller foil pans and had no troubles. The town has so many nice restaurants and grocery stores. Can’t beat being so close to the beach and in a busy area, but when you are at the house it’s very private feeling. The parking is an issue if you have more than one vehicle or a large vehicle, Hala helped us with a solution. The beach passes are very expensive, Hala has seasonal passes available- so worth it and helpful. The beach is well maintained and clean. I’ll admit, I was nervous based on the pictures it would feel dark and gloomy, it really wasn’t inside. It was a pleasant surprise. The bottom level is darker, the upstairs is bright and more beach themed, but the downstairs has a beachy feel as well. The outdoor shower is nice, it’s well needed to get the sand off yourself and clothes/swimsuits. Overall, we’d love to stay again, it’s a great place to call home! If you have any reservations or concerns like I did, you will likely be pleasantly surprised and feel like you are at your new home easily!”

“The host was very organized, and always available for questions. The location is great! You can enjoy the waterfront property, but can also walk a short distance down to the beach. The home was beautiful and well equipped (plenty of towels, pots and pans, comfortable Beds, extra sheets of needed). The home was super clean upon arrival which is reassuring in the current times. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back next year.”
