The Hosts lives in the 1st floor Apt of the house.

This cozy cottage is in a great location close to restaurants, bars and shops and very close to NYC (2 minute walk to the express bus and 10 minute walk to the metro north). It is located on a quiet family-friendly street. The cottage can fit 5 comfortably. It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a rollaway single bed (please let us know if you will need the rollaway bed), a full bathroom, a kitchen with all of the basic necessities and a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings.
