Yvette was a great host, particularly with the flexibility she showed with check in. My bus got in late and she stayed up late to meet me and gave good instructions. Probably the cleanest AirBnB I have stayed in the city. Great restaurants nearby and close to Subway and Central Park. Really worth the value.

Lovely house in a great location, a few minutes walk from the subway and landmarks like the Apollo Theatre. The street is very quiet, and the bed is comfortable, we slept like babies. Yvette is a wonderful host, we had lovely chats about the history of the house and her work to maintain and decorate it. Highly recommended!

Yvette made sure to welcome us with open arms and was ready to help us with anything we needed. The place is 5 minutes from major subway lines and easy to travel to. There’s also target/Trader Joe’s 5 minutes away, along with other shops and restaurants too. Plenty to do in Harlem, but the location makes it easy to travel to Manhattan, Brooklyn, etc via subway.

I love staying in unique Airbnbs when I come to NYC for work and this was definitely a treat. It was very much out of a movie and times gone by and yet so reasonably priced, comfortable and easy to access. Walk or ride to Columbia easily. LOTS of walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to trains. Don’t stay if you’re not keen on sharing a bathroom (I didn’t mind and it was never a problem) but note there’s only one shower (the floor I stayed on had just a bathtub) but it’s easy to get to either bathroom if one is occupied. There is a smell in the air that is perhaps the age of the home showing itself but worth mentioning because it might be off putting if you are sensitive to fragrances or other odors but I want to stress that it was VERY clean and nothing I co couldn’t fix in my own room with essential oils. GREAT communication and flexibility on Rene’s part.

Odalis is amazing! She is a great person, I felt very comfortable, right at home, I plan to return to her, we ended up making friends and I am very grateful to her for her kindness, do not hesitate for a second to rent here. 10/10 👌🏻

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Host was very friendly and responsive. My wife and I just love the neighborhood.

Yvette was a great host She was communicative, welcoming and warm. I could not stay as originally planned but my son stayed & she was kind and understanding with this. He enjoyed the space finding it comfortable. We are originally from NYC & lived in Harlem so it is nice to be able to stay close to where we once lived and have access to family & friends. We highly recommend and would come here again.

This cottage is a gem! The location was perfectly situated for visiting family nearby, with quick access to key roads/routes. The cottage is newly renovated, very clean, and the perfect size for two people. The heated tile bathroom floors were so nice to have- such a great detail! The view from the trio of large windows is absolutely stunning. This peaceful cottage provided such a lovely and comfortable place to stay and we’re already looking to plan another trip in the early fall. We’d definitely book the cottage again. This unit is private, light-filled, clean, and spacious. Geralde and Pierre were welcoming and proactive in making sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again should we need a rental in the area and highly recommend both the place and hosts.

This place is quiet and very private, as someone in the area for work this is exactly what I am looking for. I work night shift and the host was understanding about odd sleeping hours and adjusted check out time for me. Wonderful all around, will definitely be back!

This pool house is a nice space for a couple. The location 1.5 miles from downtown Denville, with a train stop one block away. Even though it is across the street from the rail line, it is relatively quiet at night. The house is as presented in the listing and is accessible via an exterior staircase adjacent to a designated parking space off a shared driveway. It is clean and tidy with a spacious, open living room/kitchenette/dining area. The 1.5 baths were small, but adequate. The basics we needed during our stay (coffee maker with coffee pods and tea, cookware, plates and glasses, utensils, clean towels and linens, soap, etc.) were included. The hosts were responsive and helpful with our requests during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Robert is an excellent host. He is not only responsive but very kind. The cottage was super clean and had everything one could possibly need. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is private and peaceful. Overall, our entire stay was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

The carriage house was a lovely stay and very charming. Everything was clean, comfy and as described. The hosts were very friendly and detailed. It’s so quiet at night, but close enough to town for all amenities. The view of the city from the back patio was a plus!

I knew that my stay at Ari's would be great even before I checked in. This is because I received a detailed guide which included instructions about the home, getting around and entertainment recommendations. Upon arrival, the space was as described. It was cozy, clean and comfortable complete with snacks and drinks. All amenities were provided. There were even charging cables for various devices for our use. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The area was safe and quiet and in close proximity to shops, a supermarket and pharmacies. The train station is just a 5-7 minute walk away so we were able to get into Manhattan with no issues. Ari was responsive and answered my questions quickly. I would recommend Ari's place to anyone looking for a NY location. Would definitely stay again.

We had a nice week at Carla and Jays flat. They were quick to respond to any question I had. The flat is very open and roomy, with very comfy king bed in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious shower and lots of large, fluffy towels. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for meals. The flat is just out of town and an easy walk on a nice day to visit all the shops or try the local restaurants. (I was partial to Dublin Pub and End of Elm). Easy to get to, great parking in a secure neighborhood. Defiantly a repeat visit for when we next come to NJ.

Elaine is a wonderful and responsive host! The property is super clean and very well appointed. It's fully equipped with everything from kitchen, to bathroom to laundry supplies....and slippers too! The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb!!

Andrew's place is a refuge in a busy city! The neighborhood has a lot of charm and is super convenient. The communication was excellent, the owners responsive. The spaces were generous, and sound didn't carry from the bedrooms to the living area. The kitchen was especially nice. Great shower. Overall a wonderful experience.

Beautiful neighborhood. Morning walks to the end of the private road were perfect during our fall trip. Close but not too close to lots of restaurants and highway when needed. Very quiet neighborhood

I loved staying at Elizabeth’s. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. She had a washer dryer. Flat was clean and very well located near a station, and in the midst of bushwick. Elizabeth was also kind and flexible too. I’d stay here again in a heart beat!
