Great place, brand new house, had a great time. Pool was nice, host was great and accommodating. AC was nice and cold, pool was nice and warm, seen many birds and turtles in the canal. Kitchen had lots of utensils and supplies for cooking and lots of towels for swimming. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again. Close to home but a nice little staycation with NY friends.

We had a great time. Ryan was the easiest and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The neighbor is immaculately landscaped and maintained. Everyone was friendly and the deck area was a beautiful place to just hang out and relax on. It’s screened in and we had no problem with the noseeums. The location is perfect to lots of dining options and shopping.

Just a few steps to very private and quiet beach! The house was the most well appointed we have ever stayed at. Hosts are extremely responsive. Beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms! Great fenced yard for our dogs! The lock and key restaurant is amazing!!!! A must go for sure! We loved it so much we rebooked!

A game room features two dedicated play areas with red-topped tables set for table tennis. A comfortable chair is positioned to the side, and the floor is covered in a smooth gray finish, complemented by smooth garage-style walls.

Communication was constant and simple. It is the first Airbnb that I have stayed at, where the photos did not do the place justice. It was even nicer than what the photos showed - and that's saying a lot. The house was extremely clean and very open. There was never a point where I found something dirty or had any negative reaction. The pool area was spotless and the grill was very clean. Ran into two issues on our stay. The listing said 5 beds, but there were only 3 (one in each of the 3 bedrooms). I was told that there was 2 roller way beds (full size) and after searching high and low, I reached out to the owner. Later that night, a gentleman came and found one that was in a storage closet, but couldn't locate the other. We were able to make sleeping arrangements work, regardless. The only suggestion I have to make the place feel more at home, is that there are no kitchen towels, dish towels or oven mitts. This made things a little difficult, and is a quick fix.

It was perfect for our needs. WiFi so I could work remotely, nice pool, nice fenced in area for dog. Everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes each direction, so centrally located for us. House was clean and beautiful. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Stephanie always responded quickly and communicated clearly. Very nice! Already planning to stay again next year!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

The house was in a great location with a 5-7 min walk to the beach. The coolers, beach wagon, chairs and umbrella provided by the host were not only a cost saver but super convient. There were also beach toys, toddler bed rails and toys within the house which my kids loved. The neighborhood and surrounding area is obviously still recovering from recent hurricanes but didn’t bother ua and most restaurants and businesses were still open during our stay. Would definitely come back.

A spacious game room is showcased with large windows allowing natural light and views of the canal. A foosball table occupies a central position, while a seating area with various furniture pieces provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

This luxurious house was our home for a month!! The kitchen is a cooks dream... cabinets are stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, and serving piece you could need. The family-sized appliances are new and top of the line. The house is provisioned with cleaning products and incidentals (like new toothbrushes!) and plenty of towels and linens. The furniture design and layout is well thought out... it's super spacious and bright. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and spotting the burrowing owls. It was like staying in a five star hotel... with privacy!

The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. The location overlooking the pond is a highlight. The many kinds of birds that come onto the lawn and right onto the patio are fun to watch. As are the turtles and alligators that swim by all the time! The water in the area isn’t great, so there is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking and cooking water. But the water in the rest of the house isn’t filtered, so the water in the tub and toilets and laundry is a little amber colored. It didn’t affect our clothes in the laundry, and we used bottled water to brush teeth, so it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!

House was spacious, clean & clutter free. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was clean and has lights for night swimming. WiFi worked great & living room has smart tv you can log into but downside was be aware no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer but we may have missed that in the description. I suggest bringing some on the way because stores are not close by. Overall 100% recommend and would stay there again.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. The game room was great! There was a few maintenance items we alerted the host to. Only 1 effected our stay, propane bottle ran out and there wasn't a backup available. The listing indicated a firepit was available but seems it was stolen from the yard. Host was responsive to any concerns and problems were resolved or we just let it go. Hosts are at the mercy of their contracted cleaning service when they are not local themselves. We had a very nice stay.

We loved staying at Elle’s house!!! The pool and the park was ideal for my kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was so peaceful but yet only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and wished we would have stayed longer. Ele was very friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and she came promptly to deal with it. The double beds were a little soft to our taste but other than that we had a great experience. Thank you Ele!

The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

This place is an absolute gem. The location is perfect if you are looking for something more quiet and low key. The beach and pool are steps away for your enjoyment. The entire building is meticulously taken care of and clean inside and out. The pool and beach area were constantly being checked on by staff to be sure everything was tidy and as it should be. The unit has everything you’ll need including very comfortable seating on the screened in porch for a break out of the sun or a morning coffee. AC was nice and cold after a long day out in the sun. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and ready for our arrival. I especially appreciated the easy checkout instructions. I would definitely stay here again.
