The Catalina Cottage was extremely clean! The towels and bedsheets smelled clean as well. The interior is absolutely beautiful and so incredibly comfortable! The couch and bed are very comfortable. There are tile floors throughout and the air conditioning is super cold! Make sure you bring your own paper towels and maybe even extra toilet paper. Also, some garbage bags if you need them. They do provide coffee and creamer, which was nice! The only downfall is that it is off a long dirt road and it is easy to track the dirt into the cottage. Even when we took our shoes off at the door and wiped our dog’s feet, we still tracked dirt in. There was no broom to sweep the floors. Also, the surroundings don’t match the beauty of the inside of the cottage. The outside is kind of dull and not very pretty, but we came during a hot time so we enjoyed the A/C inside! This is a great place to stay for a short visit! You will be comfortable and cool!

The stay was in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time at the pool there. The house was clean and free of clutter. When we had issues with the AC, Melissa responded right away and worked hard to fix the issue immediately. She refunded us the night as we stayed at a hotel with the house at 80. The AC got fixed the next day and we stayed our final night. Thanks Melissa for all your help making for a great stay.

We were wonderfully blessed to find this house for our family of eight. We enjoyed the pool several times a day, we were centrally located to many beaches and restaurants and stores, and we could walk to WaWa! We had a great experience and would rent this same house again. Communication with the host manager was very good and helpful. We have nothing negative to say! Everything was as we had seen in pictures or read about and it was easy arrival and departure.

Great location, close to several beaches. Highly recommend Boca Grande. The home was cozy and offered plenty of games and comfy blankets for lounging around. The pool was heated and peaceful. Very private and a nice canal view. Loved having beach chairs and pool floats to use. Everywhere we looked in this home we found useful surprises including extra spices, an airfryer, and lots of shower supplies. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

Very impressive. It was nice and peaceful. A great place to stay with kids. The house is fully stocked. They even have kids toys and toys and floats for the pool.

Chris is a wonderful, responsive host who seems to really care about the experience that his guests have. The place has plenty of linens- towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. The park where the home is located is very well kept. The people are nice, polite, and friendly. There were plenty of activities offered- bingo, music, a pancake breakfast, a poker run, food trucks, and more. The location is convenient to Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Meyers.

I absolutely loved this house! It was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and spotless. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made the entire stay feel so easy and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home—perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend!

The place had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & to eat in. I’ve been to plenty of airbnbs and this home had everything and more. Highly recommend this place! Host was always responsive as well. Greatly appreciate!

Rhi’s home was spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with an amazing back yard area and pool. Beautiful tiki hut and dock on the canal. Definitely a must stay. We will be back.

His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind. What a beautiful home! Everything was better than described! Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4. Husband enjoyed fishing from the pier. The pool was fantastic. Great restaurant recommendations! Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Nanci’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Paul and Nanci were excellent host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the observation deck – it was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset! And as for the fishing, the fish definitely bite – we had a great time casting a line and even caught a few! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend Classy in the Cape. It was a great vacation home with everything we needed. The outdoor area, pool and hot tub were amazing. We also loved the dock seating for morning coffee. Excellent family vacation!

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

My family and I enjoyed are stay in Punta Gorda, the house was great, we saw wild bunnies, cardinals, horses and really enjoyed our stay. Jessica was a fantastic host. I highly recommend Baddock Ranch reserve park to see animals & if you have a four wheeler Red Neck Mud park is a must too. I ❤️FL.

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

This home was BEAUTIFUL. Our kiddos had the best time with the pool, putt putt, and bowling. The home was very spacious and inviting for our family that came to visit. Perfect vacation home and close to many fun things and great restaurants. The garden/patio areas was my favorite, such beautiful flowers and many places to sit. At night everything lights up and it is just so peaceful to sit and enjoy. The host was amazing with communication and even shipped home my son’s meaningful toy he left behind. I highly recommend anyone to book this home for a vacation that will be unforgettable.

This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!
