Condo vacation rentals in Punta Gorda

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals to date. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed/wanted. On top of the space being great, Ken and Becky were amazing hosts. I usually stay in different places each time, but I'll be staying here anytime I'm in or near Fort Myers it's that good. 100% recommend booking with them !!

loved Lisa place! The location was perfect for all our activities, all within 35 minutes! The Villa was very clean and full of useful housewares so it was like being at home. Our dog loved the park 3 miles away and Fort Myers Beach allowed pets on leach. We will definitely use Lisa again, very nice lady!

Good value for a nice spot right by the beach and walking distance to restaurants etc.

We had an awesome time at Cathy's condo. It is very nice exactly as the photos show and a great location. It was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Very relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch birds coming and going. Would definitely book again.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

We had a great time in Fort Myers. Easy location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this location!

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Peaceful and pleasant location. Unit was well equipped and very welcoming. Pool warm and clean. Having private beach and easy walking access to State Park was a bonus

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach View Getaway at Gullwing Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, Lisa proved to be the best host anyone could ask for. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met promptly and efficiently. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. There was construction still going on but that didn’t stop the overall charm of the condo, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Upon check in there was a mixup with cleaning from the previous guests, so we had to wait an extra hour to move our things in. However, the host was very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. Overall a great stay! Room looked exactly like the photos and our view was great. Saw lots of wildlife and the pool was relaxing/clean. Would definitely stay here again. Flippers on the bay was delightful!

This is a really good place to stay and Dick and Nancy are great hosts. The condo is really clean and has lots of space for a 2 bedroom, with two separate outdoor balcony areas. The pool is quite nice for just a few buildings of condos (many times the pool is pretty small, this one is a nice mid-size with a good deep end) and it never felt crowded while were there. The beach is a short walk and is very nice and deep (lots of sand area, not crowded), still in really good shape even after the hurricanes. The island is still definitely rebuilding and not everything is re-opened, but plenty is open to enjoy. Very good value, really good place to stay - would stay there again.

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

Cindy has gone above and beyond in what she provides with her places. The furnishes and decor are beautiful and high quality. The bed is comfortable, everything you could ever want or need is available in the kitchen, there are all sorts of bathroom and toiletries supplied and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is close to the beach and so many beach items are available to take to the beach. We have stayed at MANY Airbnbs but this one was tops!

I can’t say enough about this condo. It was immaculate and Becky did an amazing job choosing the decor. It had everything we needed and being able to get to the gorgeous beach within a couple of minutes was the best. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. Watching the sunset from the condo was beautiful, but seeing it from the beach was spectacular. We also did a lot of exploring and thoroughly enjoyed the Wonderland Everglades as well as the Naples Pier. Thank you, Becky!

We really enjoyed our one month stay at Michael’s place. He was very responsive with all of our communications. We found his condo open and spacious. The huge Lanai where we spent a great deal of time was peaceful with a view full of wildlife. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the location was convenient to everything. We will be renting from Michael again next year.

Our stay was an unplanned hurricane emergency stay. Scott was a great host. We never use Airbnb.. he checked up on us, gave us direction just awesome overall. Scott is a gem and very trustworthy. This is our first time with renting at Airbnb. Scott helped us to be comfortable during our hurricane rental. My only recommendation is that the Internet login and password gets updated. My husband and I are not hotel or condo renters and we only did this because of an emergency. However, my husband said I would definitely rent from Scott again!! Scott you were so kind and very informational. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer are awesome.. Scott is very responsive to his renters. Thank you again for renting out your cute little condo.. The kitchen is very well stocked, but add a corkscrew in case somebody wants to have some wine. Otherwise perfectly stocked.. Scott is a Gem and so is his condo.

Trace did an excellent job in communicating with me and the check in and out was smooth and efficient! The unit is exactly what the pictures show on the site. Trace had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a few sand equipment for kids to use on the beach! The location is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a quite area but if you want to have fun you can take the trolly to the North end of the beach. Just make sure you read the Trolly schedule correctly and be patient while waiting at the stop which is across the street from the unit. During Jan-April the Trolly's must run behind schedule due to the fact it is the busiest time of the year. If you want to go explore Bonita Beach or Naples I highly suggest you rent a car. This was my first time renting by myself. The square footage of the unit was perfect for me and I treated Trace's unit as if it were my own home. If you decide to choose Trace's space I hope you will be respectful, responsible and safe. Cheers CR

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!
