Jerry’s home was a great spot to stay, especially with kids. The graco pack and play that was provided was great, as well as the safety fence around the pool. It was very reassuring to have that fence. Beds are comfortable, plenty of spare pillows and blankets if needed. Was a nice get away to somewhere warm!

This was an amazing stay for us. The home was just as described. Actually better! Hot tub that was attached to heated pool was perfect. The pool powder room was a great detail. All the bedrooms were perfect. A bathroom attached to each of them was key. A great holiday break for our family. Thank you.

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

Naveen was nothing short of a great host. She was very responsive. The house its self was very clean and homey, I was a huge fan of all the seasonings and kitchen items they had to use. Outback was very relaxing with the lanai and pool. We used the black stone and grilled and chilled by the pool. There were beach chairs, sifters, umbrellas, a cooler and a few other things to take to the beach. I think Naveen having those things is a big help especially if you are flying in from some where and have no room for the beach essentials. Being born and raised in South Florida I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely stay again. :)

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would give Matt and his home 10. The home was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Matt’s attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!
