Vacation rentals with a kayak in Punta Gorda

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

I would definitely recommend this place! Home was great and the pool was amazing!! We will definitely be back. Location was near restaurants and stores. Absolutely loved this place.

Tina allowed our pets and let us check in earlier we loved that the pool was Kid friendly . Nice location and clean house ☺️

Beautiful home and outdoor space. Very peaceful and private. Just what we were looking for. When the pool heat wasn’t working, Mary was responsive and worked to fix the concern. Easy check in and check out made for a stress free stay!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We loved Pete Z place. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Pool area was gorgeous with a nice gas grill with a counter top and a table with chairs. Table has a Bluetooth system built into it so you can listen to some music while playing in the pool. Over all this was our favorite airbnb that we have stayed at in Cape Coral. Thanks Pete for hosting a great place for a getaway.

This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at Mona’s Enchanted Cottage! Enchanted we were! Mona is so friendly and communicative, offering tons of great local recommendations. The cottage is cozy, clean, private, and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking—fed turtles, saw manatees swim by, birds, and even an owl! A few small gators kept their distance but not curious enough to bother. Fishing from the dock was fantastic—I caught 25+ fish across 5 different species. There’s definitely more than you can count though. The bait shop with the funny name further down the road had the best bait and tips. The hot tub spa is the super nice kind. We grilled dinner most nights and had no issues with the internet to stream shows when it rained. The town is small and cute. You can definitely find a place to listen to live music every night. Our dog adored the doggy beach, and Barefoot Beach was super close with easy parking at 10 AM. We didn’t want to leave, 10/10—already planning to come back!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Cant say enough how much we enjoyed staying in the Oyster Catcher. The cottage was perfect from the beach themed decor to the extra little welcoming touches provided. We loved how the cottage came beach ready with paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, sifters, and everything imaginable for a beautiful day at the beach. Again… can’t recommend the Shorebirds Cottages enough… and their incredible hosts!

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House was exactly as the photos. Nice pool and backyard and covered lanai. Mercato less than a mile away, with great shopping and restaurants.

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

Thomas’s Captiva home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! It had everything imaginable to make our stay a huge success. The kids loved all the wildlife, the large selection of beach toys, books, toys, and games. The beach itself was stunning, and it was never busy or crowded like all other beaches we have been to. A truly beautiful and relaxing experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!!

An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!

Awesome and fun place to stay, especially if you're big into bikes or drag racing! Would recommend!

We loved it but next time we would rent a car, no little shops other than Walmart to shop in and for us the beach was to far away to walk or ride a bike,we could have done Uber but renting a car would be our preference, Tim’s place is a perfect, clean , cozy ,the bed was very comfortable! Perfect place to stay in ! We would book again ! Thank you Tim ! I am glad my son found your place for us!!! The Mexican spot across the street was the best Mexican food we have ever had! Also our friends we wanted to see were right around the corner so that was perfect!

We loved the "old Florida" feel and it was so peaceful. The accommodations were very nice and Bernie was very communicative. If you're looking for privacy and tranquility, this is the place!

Hola! I don't even know how to begin! if I could give 10 starts I will do it. Let's begin, the Host Bernie, was UNBELIEVABLE, responsive, attentive, kind, friendly, easy to communicate and more! Place was IMPECABLE! Like WOW! It matches the pictures and the description. Everything was clean and clear! She actually has a book with instructions and everything has labels. VERY ORGANIZED, all in place! we actually don't want to leave this cabin! this is a GHEM! LOCATION is awesome! close to everything! 15 min away to the beach! it is a peaceful place, we actually feel like home! and we can't wait to come back! I wish I would call this place home, because something like this is what I would love to live! I cant wait to be here again! sharing info about this paradise with everyone I know! Our honeymoon couldnt be better! GRACIAS YOU BERNIE!
