An exceptional place!!! Beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. The huge front porch afforded us and our pups the joy of a stunning water view and pretty sunsets. The home is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. The large windows let us enjoy every aspect of the pretty view. We got to walk everywhere and were able to enjoy the many local restaurants near by. We even got some fishing done right across the street in the riverfront. The host was very kind and responsive. We truly loved our stay and appreciated that our pups were allowed to join us! Hope to return soon!

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

We stayed at this Airbnb for four nights while celebrating my grandma’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor space where we could sit and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our host was responsive and kind, making check-in and communication a breeze. We felt right at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

In one word. "PERFECT". The cottage is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Deanne and Nancy clearly put a lot of thought into what they would want and need in a cottage rental. Free of clutter the cottage was beautifully appointed while also being cozy. A fleece throw was rolled up in a basket for the chilly nights or mornings which I was grateful for. I absolutely loved that Deanne and Nancy had a "kick off" tray (for lack of a better term) providing coffee and snacks for your first evening/ morning until you make it to the grocery. The area felt safe and was well lit. I drove most of the time and the location was easy to get in and out, as well as being walkable. I can see why Deanne and Nancy's cottages are booked so far ahead and I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Dont' change a thing.

we absolutely loved staying here!! the house was very homey and well stocked. the host has been very helpful giving awesome places for us to check out with our pups! Came with absolutely everything needed to make your stay welcoming and easy. We spent our 5 days at Boca Grande, which was 45 mins away with absolutely gorgeous beaches. would highly recommend the house to anyone

The location just off I 75 makes it easy to get anyplace on the west coast of Florida. The Punta Gorda exit makes it easy to get to downtown, the Port Charlotte exit with Veterans Highway gets you to all of Port Charlotte and the road at the road to Joe’s will take you to everything in between. Great place to get to and to see the entire area!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

This was a return visit to Punta Gorda and we fell in love all over again. The area is quiet and beautiful. The pool and canal view were just what we needed. Being able to use bikes provided by the host and hostess were so enjoyed! We could bike, walk or drive to the park near the house and fish or enjoy the sunset. We enjoyed walking to the café only a half mile away for breakfast or lunch. Or we rode to Fisherman's Village. It was a lovely visit and we are so thankful for the kindness and hospitality of the owners! Thank you for letting us enjoy a week of making new memories.

House was very cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels to use was a huge plus for us since we were constantly at the beach or pool. Ryan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We really liked the backyard area. The pool was great. We liked the cover that went over the pool to keep the pool warm. Kept the water about 10 degrees warmer. The beds could be more comfortable but the pillows were good. The place was very cute and charming. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was great to work with, very responsive!. House was clean, near grocery, restaurants and some shopping. Loved the backyard pool, very relaxing and quiet!

We loved this beautiful spot! It was a great set up, especially the lanai with the pool! There was some construction going on near house and on street which cut off water very temporarily, but it wasn't too bothersome, and the sounds of the birds helped drown out any other noises. We loved seeing all the birds and surrounding plants/trees/flowers in the back yard. Quite the oasis. Had all the amenities and felt spacious and homey. Thanks so much for housing us!!!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your cozy place! We loved fishing off the dock and catching fish, then winding down by the pool with some cocktails and a swim. The location was nice and peaceful. Bed was very comfy and loved the rain shower! Oh yeah, and your quick responses was very much appreciated… thank you again ☺️

We were wonderfully blessed to find this house for our family of eight. We enjoyed the pool several times a day, we were centrally located to many beaches and restaurants and stores, and we could walk to WaWa! We had a great experience and would rent this same house again. Communication with the host manager was very good and helpful. We have nothing negative to say! Everything was as we had seen in pictures or read about and it was easy arrival and departure.

The amount of attention to detail throughout the lovely home is thoughtful and appreciated. The exceptional hospitality and care given to think of everything one could need to enjoy their stay was thought of. Grace and her staff were attentive and caring while showing respect for our time by providing detail instructions, communication and prompt with follow up. They were accommodating to us and our travel needs. I rather enjoyed the extra detail and touches around the home that stood out to me as going above and beyond!

The pool is wonderful and warm, and if you’re a fan of jacuzzi, you’ll appreciate the sweet addition. The house patio is really nice and relaxing. The area is quiet. Tom, the host was quick in communication, making sure we had everything needed during our stay.

Very impressive. It was nice and peaceful. A great place to stay with kids. The house is fully stocked. They even have kids toys and toys and floats for the pool.

Great location, close to several beaches. Highly recommend Boca Grande. The home was cozy and offered plenty of games and comfy blankets for lounging around. The pool was heated and peaceful. Very private and a nice canal view. Loved having beach chairs and pool floats to use. Everywhere we looked in this home we found useful surprises including extra spices, an airfryer, and lots of shower supplies. I highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

Great location, nice area and house was great. Only stayed for two nights, but everything was as described, and it was a good place to stay.

Chris is a wonderful, responsive host who seems to really care about the experience that his guests have. The place has plenty of linens- towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. The park where the home is located is very well kept. The people are nice, polite, and friendly. There were plenty of activities offered- bingo, music, a pancake breakfast, a poker run, food trucks, and more. The location is convenient to Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Meyers.
