We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

We stayed at this Airbnb for four nights while celebrating my grandma’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor space where we could sit and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our host was responsive and kind, making check-in and communication a breeze. We felt right at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

Hello all. I highly recommend scheduling a stay at this beautiful home and location. There are many things to do inside, outside and away from the home. Our kiddos were fishing, swimming kayaking and playing games. Not to mention, all of the space for the fur babies to roam freely! We even got a free concert from a neighbor playing a guitar, who had a great voice! 🎵 Our family would go out to enjoy the towns around there and return to make supper and sit down in the HUGE open dining area, that over looks the canal and swimming pool. We spent days at the local beaches in search and FINDING many shark teeth and shells. Man, what a place this was! My family and I are extremely thankful to David for giving us the opportunity or I should say for sharing/opening up his home to us. The communication was great. David responded within minutes to the many questions we had. We would most definitely be returning! ●Hey David, let us know when you want to sell it● hahaha! 👍🏻🙂 Thanks again!!

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

Beautiful home and pool in quiet neighborhood close to all the beaches we wanted to visit. Love this area and highly recommend Melissa as a host. This is our second time visiting one of her homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience all around.

Very impressive. It was nice and peaceful. A great place to stay with kids. The house is fully stocked. They even have kids toys and toys and floats for the pool.

This house is amazing! The furnishings are stunning, the patio and pool is super comfortable! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing family meals. Our favorite part was watching the lotus flowers bloom in the tranquil koi pond in the backyard! We can’t wait to return!

We loved this house. We’ve stayed in Rotonda West and this was the nicest by far. The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It was perfect for us as a couple, our extended family were in a house nearby. The area was peaceful and well cared for, a good location for beaches and golf. We can’t wait to come back

Our family had such a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was clean and welcoming. Nice pool and yard for the children. The game room was a lifesaver when it rained. I would highly recommend Taylor and this beautiful listing.

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

Sabina was fantastic to work with. She came over herself to fix a pool issue. Resolved the issue quickly. Very nice.

Ms. Diana has a beautiful property. The entire home was spotless. Almost like it was brand new for us. It had everything we needed for vacation and more. We loved the swimming pool. There is a ping pong table, adult and children's bikes and beach items(umbrella, chairs and cooler). The home is close to multiple beautiful beaches. Near multiple shopping options. Very nice neighborhood. We walked every afternoon. Low car traffic past the house. So quiet at night (frogs and crickets only). Beautiful view of the sunsets. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you.

The location just off I 75 makes it easy to get anyplace on the west coast of Florida. The Punta Gorda exit makes it easy to get to downtown, the Port Charlotte exit with Veterans Highway gets you to all of Port Charlotte and the road at the road to Joe’s will take you to everything in between. Great place to get to and to see the entire area!

this place was great! tastefully decorated. pool was beautiful. plenty of towels to use. beach chairs and umbrella were very useful! nice area. I will definitely come back. no complaints!

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

This home was BEAUTIFUL. Our kiddos had the best time with the pool, putt putt, and bowling. The home was very spacious and inviting for our family that came to visit. Perfect vacation home and close to many fun things and great restaurants. The garden/patio areas was my favorite, such beautiful flowers and many places to sit. At night everything lights up and it is just so peaceful to sit and enjoy. The host was amazing with communication and even shipped home my son’s meaningful toy he left behind. I highly recommend anyone to book this home for a vacation that will be unforgettable.

Danielle was a fantastic host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our family, beds were very comfortable, house was spotless, and having three full-sized bathrooms made everything so convenient. We spent most of our time relaxing by the screened in pool and really appreciated being able to sit outside comfortably in the evenings without worrying about bugs. We would absolutely rent from her again!

If your traveling to Englewood,, book this place! Great location, super clean house and a great yard! And of course the jacuzzi! Amazing!

This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.
