Mary and Gina invite you into their space and make you feel like family. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. I was here when Hurricane Ian hit and I wouldn’t want to have been anywhere else. I was not only a tenant, but my introduction to life in Florida was wonderful due totally to this family. When they reopen their doors again, you would be foolish not to book this Airbnb. This home is centrally located between Sarasota and Fort Meyers. Good location, and great weather.

We loved our stay!! Being originally from the area, the home was convenient for us and where we wanted to be. We will definitely stay again!!

Marlene's place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed; beach stuff, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, a few starter drinks and snacks, washer and dryer. She paid attention to detail in providing things you may have forgotten like soaps, lotions, shampoo, hair styling tools. The bed was super comfy which is usually an issue of mine when we travel. The area is fairly walkable for the grocery, shopping and a few restaurants. We enjoyed our time in Englewood and will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed walking to the Englewood Farmer's Market each Thursday and being able to ride my bike to Lemon Bay to relax at the end of the day. I found Nicholas very responsive when I reached out which was a comfort. Thank you!

Stayed at this Airbnb for one night, and it was exactly as pictured and clean. Check-in was very easy with clear directions. We would definitely stay here again! We drove an hour to visit a comedy club and didn’t want to drive back home that night — it was the perfect spot for a quick stay.

The location was great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants, the apartment was very nice as well. We are thinking about going back again :)

This was our 2nd stay at the Olde Englewood cottage, and it was even better than last time (if that's possible). New lighting/ceiling fans in the living room & bedroom made the stay even more comfortable. Tom & Ling were always available if help was needed while still respecting our privacy. The location is in walking distance to any business on beautiful Dearborn St, and the Farmers' Market is not to be missed. Hint: catch the sunset at Veterans Memorial Park at the end of Dearborn St...it's great. The cottage is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook any meal, and the bathroom is bright and well-stocked as well. Every detail for your comfort has been considered by Tom & Ling. We highly recommend staying here...again.

We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo. So spacious and well decorated. Provided so many things we didnt even expect. Beautiful pool. Very friendly community. Very close to beach shopping restaurants and gift shops. Wish we could have stayed longer. Inna is very quick to respond to any question. Shes a cery pleasant person.

This place had just what I needed and was perfectly located for me. It was clean and organized, well lit and comfortable. The recliner sofa was great and the murphy bed really opened up the room when it was closed. Opening and closing it was a snap. It's not the most modern place and could use a bit of paint here and there but it was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of big and really good towels, a good electric stove and oven, coffee maker, etc. and all the cooking utensils that I needed. A little more counter space would be good but it's a small place by design. Maybe a little rolling cart with a butcher block top from Ikea? That would help, but even without it I was able to cook. Nice TV with Roku access to all the usual pay channels. Overall I really liked the place and by the end of my week and I felt like it was my home away from home.

What a beautiful place!! Little slice of Florida paradise. Host was extremely helpful even with such short notice. Would recommend to others. Felt right at home. Be sure to check out the lovely Boca Grande Island if you stay here!! It’s 20 minutes drive and one of the most beautiful islands on the west coast of Florida!

After a whirlwind week with my son at a gymnastics camp and family visits, Cape Haze was the perfect place for R&R. Beaches were close by and coming back each afternoon to finish the day at the pool and beautiful sunsets was perfect! Michelle was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying at this condo!

We had an extraordinary experience here for our two night stay. The cottage was a lovingly arranged oasis, and we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made our stay more comfortable. The outdoor space was magical, with breakfast in the courtyard and a luxurious outdoor shower after the beach. The location is perfect for a walk to town and quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We are already looking forward to coming back!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

If you can imagine yourself staying at the most creative, vintage, rustic, ethetic, peaceful magical place ever. This is it, as it completely unlocks your soul for relaxation & peace of mind. I was truly surprised that the rental had everything I needed & more. From countless sweet extra amenities & comforts ~ "Wow" the bed was super comfortable for my nights sleep needed. To include host Te listened to my future fun adventures about finding lots of shark teeth on this vacation & she made it possible again by having the tool to complete my wish. Which I did on Manasota Beach, less than an 8 min drive by car w/ free parking too. Plus, I even extended my stay 1 additional day/night due to availability of the Cottage. Host Te reserved it for me prior, knowing as if I needed that extra day to energize my nature spirit inside. 🍂 I'll return again soon & possibly stay in 1 of the other 3 magical rental rooms of Te's Oz home. Then I'll get to explore their comfort gifts of relaxation.
