Vacation rentals with beach access in Charlotte County

Very clean, good location - close driving distance to the beach and walking distance to a good ice cream place! Kathy was great at communicating. We would stay there again.

Just as pictured. It is clean and new. Comfortable beds, wel appointed kitchen and bath. Beautiful beach, pool, and dock space. Loved the lanai and all the fans. We even took advantage of the beach gear. Many pet friendly places are disappointing, but this beautiful unit felt luxurious and our entire family was able to enjoy. We will stay again.

It was a perfect place to stay for two people a little too warm for us. But we did enjoy ourselves with the surrounding areas lots of fun areas to go to and close.

This was our 2nd stay here. We absolutely love it! Can’t beat the beach and the sunsets. We will be back.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. This was my 2nd year in a row staying at Peter’s property and even though Hurricane Milton had just come through in October of last year, Peter had the place spotless and renovated, ready for us to stay. He’s always very helpful and communicative in making local recommendations and make sure we had some shark tooth hunting supplies waiting for us when we got there. I look forward to staying there again soon.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Maja's place. This was our third time visiting the area and by far the nicest place we've stayed in yet. The house itself was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard, and the inside was spotless, modern, roomy and loaded with everything you need. The outside area was just as nice. Great oversized pool area, with plenty of seating options for lounging by (or in) the pool, or dining outside. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even bikes for riding in the neighborhood and on the miles of bike trails that were just around the corner and ran behind the house. The house was also in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Maja's place to anyone looking for a beautifully maintained home in a convenient location, and would absolutely book here again.

We are frequent air b&b guests and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to beaches. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

The amount of attention to detail throughout the lovely home is thoughtful and appreciated. The exceptional hospitality and care given to think of everything one could need to enjoy their stay was thought of. Grace and her staff were attentive and caring while showing respect for our time by providing detail instructions, communication and prompt with follow up. They were accommodating to us and our travel needs. I rather enjoyed the extra detail and touches around the home that stood out to me as going above and beyond!

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! She had great suggestions on what to do and where to go. The heated pool was a big hit with our kids.

Quiet neighborhood. Loved the saltwater pool and being able to kayak in the canal. The house was accurately described in the listing. We had everything we needed for the weekend.

Home was very clean and tidy, I liked the space and all the accommodations it had. Although the home still had left over food from previous guests it was still clean. The only issue i had was finding where the “pool” was that was shown in the listing aswell as a hammock, bikes and beaches were farther than anticipated. Aside from that we were very comfortable and would recommend to future guests!!

We stayed for 8 days in this beautiful home. Communication with Alicia was easy and she was always timely with responses. Home had all the comforts needed. Kitchen was well appointed and even had a lot of the basic items that made it very easy to use from the start, (ie. plastic wrap,foil, sandwich bags and spices & oil.) great beach umbrella and nice beach chairs and cooler. The pool was very clean and the patio area was the place we spent many hours. Would definitely stay again with this host 🏝️😎

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

Great place to stay on the Bay. The golf was a short walk and was beautiful. Walking distance to several restaurants. My husband was able to catch fish off the dock. Our host, Dave had excellent communication. Thank you for the great time!
